We arrived pretty late, upon arrival one of the arcade games wasnt working and neither was the hottub. Messaged host to let them know, no response. I messaged again the following morning to see if someone would be coming to fix it, got a fast response that someone would be out soon. Maintenance came and fixed both and we left for breakfast but by the time we arrived back, the hot tub was down again. Maintenance got there fast to fix the issue again. Hot tub was fine most of the day but by that night it was out once again. I want to add that Maintenance was very kind and on top of everything and tried their best to fix the issue. I do feel communication with the host could of been better. There is a camera on the front porch which is fine with us, but it should of been disclosed in information prior to booking. Aside from a few hiccups it was a great stay and we made the best of it. If youre looking for a family friendly get away, then I recommended! The kids had so much fun.
