We were turned away at the door for not seeing the fine print about children not being permitted. They said our 3 night stay was non refundable and offered a phone number as they told us to leave. I tried calling right away and sent many messages through multiple avenues and never received any type of communication. I realize I missed the note about children not being allowed, but I would hope that they could have a reasonable conversation and resolution. I had booked the stay just a day before, so I had no way of being within the 14day cancellation policy. The financial impact of this simple human mistake has been devastating to my daughter and I during this trip. We not only did not get to stay at the one place we splurged on because we were so excited about all they had to offer, but we had to find a new place to stay at the last minute and pay for new accommodations. So we are paying for 2 hotels for the same nights, no phone call, no message, just told to go away and they will be keeping all of our money. Reasonably, we did not use any of the services that cost them money, but they won’t even talk with us.
