Host did not provide check in instructions. They use a management company and not even VRBO could rech them. We got an address but it was to another property who had a family in it already, and did not give us an access code. The other family, after a long conversation and dhowing them the host double booked the same address , gave us the third party management conpany # ( as vrbo does not provide that since you used them, and the other family used a different site) and we were able to reach them. We finally got another unit and acces cocode right before 8pm when check in is at 4pm. The property is very nice but had several small issues,like a lady bug infestation, the pool bathroom is always full of puddles due to condensation, the hvac room in the pool is missing the door and is next to the water, the kitchen outlet trips if you use the stove and another appliance like the toaster or an electical flat iron griddle, The heated pool is barely luke warm (around 84). The front door lock is very harouse is pretty hard to lock. The house is very modern and nice otherwise. Communication with the host/management company is very slow and not good. We wasted our first night dealing with check in issues due to their lack of communication and rsponse times. Talked to the answering service multiple times during our stay , and even after, but still have not heard from them regarding basically making us waste our first night due to not providing the correct info to check in on time.
