🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Paved parking for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway directly in front of the home.

• Pool: The outdoor resort pool is communal and typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather and HOA permitting.

• Fireplace: The gas fireplace is seasonal and available October–March.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the loft level.

• Winter travel: 4x4 or AWD may be required during winter months.

• Security cameras: For security, there are 5 exterior cameras—one monitoring the entry from the deck, one facing the parking area, one facing the gas tank on the left side of the home, one facing the back door, and one facing the exterior steps to the crawlspace (marked no entry). They monitor exterior areas only.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
