The Space:

MAIN LEVEL

The living room, kitchen and dining area share one big pine-paneled space with beamed ceilings, so the cook is never cut off from the conversation. Sofa seating faces the fireplace and smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and an island with bar stools. The farmhouse table seats the group together, and a full-size washer and dryer sit just off the dining area.



The primary king suite is on this level, with a walk-in closet, a double vanity, a large walk-in tiled shower and its own door to the deck and hot tub.



UPSTAIRS

The game room runs the length of the house under a vaulted ceiling. Kids take the foosball table, grown-ups take the bar, and everyone ends up on the sectional. Three more king bedrooms are on this level, and two covered balconies with rocking chairs look out over the pasture and the lake.



OUTSIDE

The covered deck keeps the hot tub and gas grill usable rain or shine. Down the steps, the fire pit is ready for the last hour of the night.



Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and the Smokies are an easy day trip. When you want a slow day, the lake is right here.

Guest Access:

Check-in is self-service: a keypad code, sent before arrival, unlocks the front door, so there's no key exchange and no coordinating arrival times with a host. Gate and arrival details for the community are sent with your check-in instructions.



Guests have the entire cabin to themselves: every bedroom, both living areas, the kitchen, the game room, the laundry and all outdoor spaces including the decks, balconies, hot tub and fire pit. One owner's closet is locked.



Guests may also use the Sanctuary Shores community pool (open seasonally) and the community boat docks on Douglas Lake. Free parking is available in the paved driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Sanctuary Shores is a small gated neighborhood on the shore of Douglas Lake, a quieter side of Sevier County that trades Parkway traffic for water, pasture and open sky. Douglas Lake is known for bass and crappie fishing, boating and paddling, and several marinas nearby rent pontoons and jet skis. Lake levels are highest from late spring through early fall.



When you want the attractions, they are a straightforward drive: downtown Sevierville and its outlets are roughly 25 to 30 minutes away, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and The Island about 35 to 45 minutes, and Gatlinburg and the main entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park about an hour. The historic lake town of Dandridge is about 20 minutes in the other direction.



Getting Around:

A car is needed here. The roads into the community are paved all the way to the driveway, with no steep mountain switchbacks, and the driveway has room for several vehicles. Trailer and boat parking should be arranged with us ahead of time. Uber and Lyft are limited this far from the Parkway, so plan to drive. The nearest grocery stores are in Sevierville and Dandridge, so it is worth stocking up on the way in.



Other Things to Note:

Dogs are welcome here. Just let us know ahead of time so we can prep the space. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for the neighbors. All guests with confirmed bookings are required to submit a valid ID and sign a rental agreement through our secure property management software, used strictly to verify your booking. For non-Airbnb reservations only, approved refunds carry a 6% processing fee. The community pool is seasonal, and Douglas Lake water levels are lowered in the cooler months. Interaction with Guests:

You'll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
