Enjoyed the secluded and peaceful area of the cabin. HOWEVER, our 6 day stay was a bit disappointing because for 3 out of the 6 days we could not use the hot tub, which was one of the main reasons for renting this cabin. When we arrived, the hot tub was ice cold and not working. Tried to call the “host” person, Melinda, and was never able to get ahold of her or a response. Finally got ahold of another host, Audrey who was very nice and pleasant to work with, she tried to help via the phone however the next day she had to send out their hot tub guy, Josh who was also wonderful to work with. It still took Josh another 2 days to get the hot tub to work but he was great about doing what needed to be done to help us. His son Kyle even helped when the tv and internet went out. Without Kyle’s help we would have been screwed on that issue too. Also the free attraction company that Mountain Time works with does not work well at all for getting tickets to attractions. Audrey was able to comp our group with a couple of items due to the difficulty with these situations. SO HATS OFF TO AUDREY, JOSH, and KYLE FOR HELPING SOLVE ISSUES that should not have happened. This trip included 2 cancer patients, where this would be their last trip and it was very disappointing when things DID NOT go smoothly. We liked the area but because there are so many other places to rent from, I would not rent from Mountain Time Rentals again but choose another company that might have their business run better.
