When we arrived, we found the upstairs ain’t be working! 83 degrees with it being 98 outside. When we called the hotline, at first the answer was sorry you will have to wait till next day until we can get someone there, we arrived on a Thursday at 4:00. Didn’t take that answer well as there was 11 of us staying there! After 3 hours of speaking to them we were given one portable ac unit and 2 fans, that’s all they could give us. Air stayed out entire visit with 82 degrees up stairs the entire time! I had to push and suggest the portable ac unit. They didn’t even want to offer that! A few other issues we noticed some major and some not that big a deal;Down stairs bedroom had to exposed sockets no covers at allFire extinguisher hadn't been serviced and checked in over a year Random command hooks all over the place The sofa- the entire leather ripped off- fake leather but it had been peeled offGrill on patio-bottom rusted out couldn’t cook on it Position ivy all over side of cabin and porch had to be careful not to touch Lamps- switches broken couldn’t use at all Wall in pool area is so buckled, huge hazardPool rails when getting out of pool, loose one of our guest almost fell! Upstairs shower when we arrived had people’s hairband stillp hanging in the showerThe vents in the bathroom bathrooms were completely covered with hairJust over all very poor condition This has to be the worst cabin I have ever rented! You can tell they have done bare minimum to get by here!
