Not worth the price
First, you can tell that this property was built very quickly and with little consideration to detail. There were already multiple things throughout the property that were worn out or broken. The house does NOT have any access to the lake. I. Order to get the lake, via the beach area, you have to drive there. Even if you do drive there it’s not easily accessible, you can get in over a few feet of rocks or go off of the dock. Those options don’t work well with children. The septic had issues the entire trip. When you went to the bathroom, took a shower or used a sink everything dumped directly outside next to the house. The neighbor stated that this has been going on for months. They sent someone out to look at it, he attempted to put a cap back on, he couldn’t because the threading was damaged, and the first time water was used it popped immediately off. We contacted them again after this and were told that the proper people have been contacted and gave us the impression they didn’t want to hear anything else from us about it. The leakage is not only a health hazard but it has a huge impact on the quality of your vacation- due to the smell.
