Beautiful house & neighborhood, very convenient location. Previous renters must’ve treated house rough because upon our arrival we found several damaged & non-functioning items in home that we had to document & spend time communicating with owners/rental company about which was somewhat stressful and unpleasant to deal with on vacation. Thankfully most of issues/damages didn’t affect our stay. We didn’t get to use the Firepit for part of our stay which was disappointing but was given troubleshooting steps so we went out bought a battery & ended up getting to enjoy the firepit. There was a propane grill on the porch but was told there wasn’t a grill on the property so we placed our grocery order believing there wasn’t one when there was, so communication/info needs to be more accurate. Also communication on checking in & out were not timely we had to ask for check in information as we hadn’t received any information such as house number, door codes etc. and checkout instructions weren’t sent till late on the eve of checkout & we had already left the property to travel home as we typically just rent an extra night so we can leave at a time that works with our travel arrangements. We followed house rules that were given but wish we would’ve known there was an additional checkout checklist prior to our departure like maybe post it on the fridge or share along with check-in information. End on a good note- view from front porch rocking chairs was great & hot tub & pool were great!
