We were pleased over all. however there was no shampoo at all.... or extra toilet paper except what could be taken from other rooms. Front porch light was out making it difficult to enter code on door, would have liked more outside seating. Downstairs master bedroom has a lot of noise due to AC lines rattling in the walls.

Perfect for our Family

We brought our family to TN for a quick vacation. This was the perfect cabin for our family. Lots of room and lots to do. It kept us staying altogether, and still gave everyone enough privacy. The back deck was wonderful with a large area to relax and visit, and the hot tub was amazing.We did have a few questions, and the host responded quickly and kindly.Many in our group were looking forward to the games and were not disappointed. This is by far one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed.I’d definitely recommend this cabin!

Family vacation

Cute cabin in great location. Close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. My kids enjoyed the games in the upstairs loft. We had a small issue that came up and the owner quickly responded and had it fixed. Would definitely stay here again.

Family cabin get away

We stayed at the cabin for 3 nights. We had 6 adults and 2 children (3&5). The kids loved the games in the loft. Adults had fun playing them too! The cabin was a short drive to all the pigeon forge things to do. Also a very easy drive to Gatlinburg. We enjoyed a lot of time at the pool. It was very clean and not overly crowded. Our mornings & evenings were spent on the deck. All meals were eaten at the picnic able outside. It was wonderful to enjoy all the nature sounds & sights. We had a wonderful time!

Pigeon Forge Getaway

The cabin fit our needs perfectly and the overall layout was great for 2 couples. The back deck is where we spent all of our time. The owner was very responsive. Very close to all of the action but still quiet. Unfortunately we didn’t see any bears- maybe during our next visit.

Amazing Property

A beautiful cabin, hot tub, video games, pool table with a perfect location. What more could we want…nothing. The cabin and the host were the absolute best…even when I went to the wrong property he politely directed me to the correct cabin. Thank you from our family for a wonderful mini-vacay!

A Beautiful Cabin In An Easy To Drive Location

This is a beautiful and large cabin. It is located in an easy to drive to spot (paved wide roads and not too steep). The location is also prime for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The hot tub, pool table, air hockey table, and game room were a great touch. The kitchen is a good size and has great appliances. I highly recommend this cabin for your vacation!

Family fun cabin!

We had 7 adults and one toddler. The cabin was great for everyone! The arcade games were for the grandma and she beat everyone! Kids loves the hot tub and pool table. The open dining, living, and kitchen were great for family time. It was icy one morning, but I loved that we were in the mountains but not on any scary roads. I want to book again. Also the host immediately responded to us needing a new air hockey part. It wasn’t an emergency, but he was so nice to get a new one for us.

Could have been better

Our first night there, my son went to take a shower. The shower flooded and then water started coming out of the base of the toilet in the same bathroom. We flushed the toilet in the spare bathroom in the basement and it would not flush, but just filled with water. Waste was coming out of the shower drain! We contacted the owner (provided photos and video) and he said he would get somewhere there TOMORROW MORNING. The situation only got worse- kitchen sink backed up, bucket they had placed under the sink overflowed as well. With 6 adults there it was nearly impossible to do anything. A plumber finally came after 1pm. The owner kept apologizing but it made no sense how someone wasn’t aware of this issue if someone had cleaned the place properly. I asked for a new place but he said he had nothing. We left the house due to the waste and smell. I was notified that evening a “small clog” had been fixed. It was cleaned but what we smelled and experienced was disgusting. I brought food to cook, but the selection of supplies for the kitchen was poor. The one big skillet was awful. With a four night stay we were only provided one trash bag for the kitchen for 6 adults staying there. I can’t believe we were not compensated for the one full day of inconvenience. It was decorated for the holiday and the games provided were nice, but it was hard to get over the disgusting waste we experienced.

On It’s Way to a Five Star

A lovely, scenic property. Host obviously cares about cleanliness and comfort! Beautifully decorated and really appreciated the Christmas decor. Experienced a bad “septic smell” on and off all week. Seemed like it was related to the tubs/showers. Needs investigation. Would have liked had serving bowls and drinking glasses, not just plastic cups and more than two wine glasses. Children loved the games in loft but we didn’t think through the fact that late at night and early morning we were in the same room with them while in the living space and had to be quiet. Only seating for two in the basement, but we did enjoy the pool table. Used the grill provided but couldn’t find any grill tools aside from one set of tongs. Kitchen faucet needs replacing! Have to jam it to the right to turn it off all the way. Outlets by bathroom sinks are really loose so the blow dryer keeps going off.Couldn’t figure out how to turn the LR fan/light on and off so that was a minor inconvenience and the stove light was inoperable.All this to say, we DID enjoy our stay and think it’s a good house that needs a few improvements.
