Highly recommend this spacious and perfectly located property. My family had an absolute blast. The host was very informative and responsive. The views were spectacular, especially from the covered patio with the fireplace going. My kids loved the swimming pool, hot tub, and movie theater, while my wife mastered her barista skills at the coffee bar. This truly was a 5-star experience.

We had such a great stay! The cabin was perfect for our family of six — super family-friendly, clean, and cozy with amazing mountain views. The kids couldn’t get enough of the indoor pool, and the hot tub was a huge hit for winding down in the evenings. The Wi-Fi was strong (a big plus when traveling with kids!), and the endless supply of coffee kept the parents running strong all week. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay here! My husband and I and our two sons were in absolute heaven all week! Between the million dollar mountain views, the gorgeous side porch with a cozy fireplace, the hot tub, the indoor pool, the game room, the movie theater room, the gorgeous inside of the home, the awesome, cozy fireplaces indoors, the totally incredible coffee/tea bar setup… the private yet non secluded vibes around… it was a true gem of a find! We will totally be back! It was one of our favorite vacations ever and a lot had to do with this beautiful gem of a home we had! There’s so much to do in the area… endless things! We couldn’t wait to get back to the house after each day’s adventures out! We absolutely loved The Evening Primrose! Erica and Jay were the best hosts and so attentive! They had awesome communication from the very beginning to the moment after we checked out. We highly recommend this beautiful home and we can’t wait to come back again in the future!!!! Thank you Erica and Jay for sharing this beautiful slice of heaven with us! Memories for a lifetime were made!

Wonderful Place

What a beautiful cabin in the woods. Everything was perfect. The coffee bar was exceptional!! The beds were very comfortable...even the bunk beds which the kids loved. Plenty of clean towels for showers and pool activities. The game room was a big hit. I would stay here again and would recommend this place.

Nora’s Annual Sibling Vacation

The cabin was so beautiful. It was everything mention on the website. Owners answered quick before our stay and while we were there they sent a welcome message along with a departure one. Communication was definitely GREAT. I would tell anyone looking for a cabin feel with a beautiful set up this will be the cabin for you. Great Smoky Mountain Find

We had an amazing time during our stay. The owners were very attentive and made sure our stay was 5 stars! We stayed with another family and the house was perfect for 5 kids and 4 adults. Location was spot on as well, close to all Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg activities. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the amazing trip.

Fall break

After some miscommunication, the host was very attentive to my calls and e-mails. There was never any hesitation to answering me. And to take care of any issues. The house was nice, clean and very accommodating to my family of 10, which 5 were kids. There was so much for them to do. The views were amazing. We were able to go for walks, and felt very comfortable doing so in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this cabin for your family vacation. And we look forward to returning.

Mountain Escape

Great property, great location close proximity to the parkway and yet very secluded. All amenities on site were spot on. Lots of construction in the area but inside the cabin you could hear nothing.

Amazing vacation rental

This cabin is truly amazing! The pictures really do not do it justice! The host, Jay & Erica are like family. You can contact them at any point and they will respond immediately! That’s important to us! We have rented many cabins and condos from Alaska to Yellowstone and all across the US but none compared to this experience. We are not amusement park people but wanted to visit the Smoky Mountains and have a cabin that had some things that appealed to our adult children. This totally fit the bill and then some! We actually had trouble getting them to leave the cabin to do other things. Lol! We were a little concerned about the mountsin drive but that was not an issue. Once you make a couple trips it’s a piece of cake. We wanted to be in an uncrowded area but not totally isolated. This was exactly that! It was quiet and peaceful. We spent most of our time on the outside deck, even in the rain. The views and breeze are truly stunning. If you like coffee as much as we do, you will love the coffee bar. Absolutely everything you need is provided. It is so well equipped with high quality furnishings, kitchen necessities and many things just to make your stay more comfortable The pool and hot tub are immaculate and perfectly maintained. We know this becsuse we actually have both at home and know our stuff on these things. The pool water was a perfect 85 degrees and our boys loved it! So many little thoughtful details made this a fabulous decision! You will not be disappointed!!

Perfect for the kids and family

The property location was perfect, as well as all of the extra details the host provided. Coffee station, personal care supplies, towels for pool and so much more. We had a wonderful time and the view from the jacuzzi is amazing. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future if it is available.

Amazing Property/easy access to activities/private and beautiful views

Our family had an amazing stay at this property! The kids and adults were equally impressed with the amenities including the indoor pool , game and theatre room, and incredible views. If you are looking for a private property away from the tourists yet close enough to get to all the area activities easily, this is the place for you! I highly recommend this property for an authentic experience of the beauty the area has to offer. The hosts provided an incredible brochure that helped us navigate the area activities and were very responsive with any questions we had . We made awesome memories here we won’t forget! Two highlights were viewing the fireworks from the mountain and seeing a few bears in their natural habitat! Thank you to the hosts for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! We would definitely use this property again in the future !

Spring Break in Pigeon Forge

The house was very nice, and the property managers were very responsive and helpful to any questions that we had. We had a total of 8 people staying there, and it fit our group easily. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware, there were plenty of glasses and plates, and the knives were in good shape and sharp (always seems to be a problem at rental houses). We would recommend staying there with your family.

Birthday weekend

Stayed in this beautiful cabin for a long weekend for my husband’s birthday. The cabin is absolutely stunning and had everything we needed. The views are amazing but unfortunately the weather wasn't good so we were only able to enjoy them for one day. We had a few minor issues, but Erica was extremely responsive! Amazing communication and follow up. The only slight negative is the construction going on in the neighborhood but it didn’t hamper our fun. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Beautiful House and Views!!

Our group of 12, ranging in ages from 3 to adult, absolutely loved this house! It was so beautiful. We spent a lot of time out on the large deck, enjoying the wonderful views. There was plenty to do at the house too. The kids kept wanting to stay there and play instead of doing things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Erica and Jay were amazing to work with. We loved everything about our stay!
