On the day we arrived we dropped our personal items off and went out to enjoy the rest of the day / evening. Upon our return around 10pm a couple of family members went to take a shower only to find that we did not have any hot water. After calling maintenance and trying to check things out ourself we found the beaker box open in the closet downstairs and the breaker for the hot water heater was turned off. Upon approval from the gentlemen I had on the phone we turned the breaker back on and we had hot water about 45 minutes later. After the family started taking showers, we found that the drain in the downstairs bedroom shower was clogged and the water was not draining. So, I proceeded to use the toilet plunger and got the drain unplugged. The third problem we encountered was the TVs constantly buffering and not being able to watch programs on Saturday night and again on Sunday while it was raining. The driveway needs some rock as after the rain it got pretty muddy.The location of the cabin was good but I feel we could find another cabin with same amenities without the issues for the same money.

This was a great stay for my whole family. Only reason it was 4 star was due to a plumbing problem that happened on last night of stay. The on call night/weekend crew was very good with helping to get situation resolved!

The house was great just needs some updates such as new couches bc they were not comfortable and the pull out didn’t work. The TV downstairs don’t work and the microwave didn’t work correctly. Other than that, the property was great!

This cabin was perfect for our family gathering. The large living room upstairs was really all we needed, but had everyone been healthy & able to come, the large game room downstairs would’ve been great! (If you arrive after dark, as we did, it’s important to know that it’s the very first drive immediately to the left)

The house was very clean and a perfect layout for our big family. The kids loved the fenced yard and playset. The management company was one of the best we've ever dealt with. They were extremely helpful and responsive.

Could use several improvements

The cabin layout is nice but there were several things that could have made the visit more comfortable. The light in the kitchen is not a suitable height for taller people. My brother in law hit his head on it multiple times while we were there. He is 6ft. It was also a problem for my step dad. He could not comfortably walk through the kitchen. The light would have smacked him right in the face. He is 6ft 3in. The WiFi connection was in and out. It took 5 hours to get it restored the first day. Fortunately we were out during that time. It would have made for a miserable rainy day if we were stuck inside. The HVAC unit doesn’t adequately cool the unit. It was at least 2 days before the unit was at a comfortable temperature. And even then of the main bedrooms stayed too warm. The upstairs couches need extra pillows or new pillows for support. The back pillows are too worn. The lamp didn’t work in the game room. The bunk room and main living room also need lamps. The overhead lights are too bright for evening lighting. The kitchen had adequate plates, cups and other things needed to cook. We had enough towels and extra toilet paper and trash bags. The porch had a nice view and a lot of chairs to enjoy sitting outside. The beds were comfortable.The hot tub needed a defoamer and a hose to refill. Parking is not great for more than 2 vehicles. The carpenter bees need to be addressed. There is also poison ivy growing under the back porch stairs.

Spring Break

This cabin adequately accommodated our large group of friends with kids for a memorable spring break trip! Comfortable beds for the adults and the kiddos loved the bunk room. Although the WiFi is free, it isn’t strong enough to use for streaming or working. Also, almost all of the plastic chairs around the fire pit were broken. There was also a large tree that down in the backyard and multiple dead mice under the play set. Nothing we couldn’t take care of, but a sign that the yard hadn’t been cleaned up in a bit. Overall, the stay was great! Just be sure to keep in mind the winding roads as it makes for a longer drive to and from town.

Best Cabin I've Stayed At

Beautiful cabin. Perfectly located, close to the places we wanted to visit. Big enough for the teenagers and adults to have separate spaces to hang out. Stocked with everything, plenty of toilet paper, blankets. I have stayed in plenty of cabins, houses, apartments, not one has compared to this cabin. We like to cook, and we had everything we needed and more, including topper ware to put away the food after. We loved it here, beautiful memories were created. We would definately recommend it and we would love to stay here again, hopefully soon

Property had many problems 1. Refrigerator did not work properly; meat spoiled during the week 2. Saw mice in lower level 3. Inadequate number of towels for our group; we requested more towels but they were never delivered 4. Several locks on lower level did not work 5. Pool is 3 miles away and shared with a large RV park, therefore it’s very crowded and not convenient 6. Water leaked from A/C vent on lower level 7. Bed linens are very old and almost worn through For premium prices we expected a much better product

Perfect vacation

We had a lovely stay at Paradise Found! Listing was exactly what we expected. Never was able to talk with anyone at the company but did reach voicemail several times. We didn't have any immediate needs so it wasn't critical that we did get a call back. The cabin was clean, spacious, and comfortable. For those that plan to cook a lot, the dishes and cookware were sufficient but somewhat scant. The laundry was awesome to have after muddy days exploring the Nat'l Park. Great to have the backyard and we used the field across the street for evening kickball. The mountain views were a highlight of all of our party. Kids especially loved the hot tub and the soaking tub inside. The two levels were great to spread out and have kids downstairs and grownups upstairs. Check in and out were super easy and quick. For the property team - it would be really helpful to have the light switches labeled. Highly recommend and we would rent again!

Beautiful cabin

Very lovely home in the valley. The property was comfortable and clean and all the amenities were perfect! We loved having a fire pit to use and the hot tub was perfect for the cooler evenings. Even though it is not high in the hills the view was lovely. Easy to get to and no perilous switchback roads like some cabins. The only potential downside is that the cabin does front a road that has cars and trucks drive by often. Some in our group thought it was a little noisy at times.

Good Location, Plenty of space

We were about 15-20 minutes from everything we planned to do, in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The office was quick to help with the small check-in problem and issues we had with the lock/code. The cabin could have been cleaner as far as dust and bathroom sinks but we just cleaned a little ourselves. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the hot tub and decks.

Long weekend

We had an amazing long weekend! The location was perfect! The size of the cabin was great! It was a nice surprise that there was 4 bedrooms plus a bunk area. (We thought it was 3 king beds and 2 sets of bunks.) The cabin was so clean!! Great memories were made!

Great Cabin! Would stay here again with a few small changes

We arrived after dark and there were NO outside lights that we could get to come on. There were some lights mounted on the end of the house for the driveway but we couldn’t find a way to turn them on. I called the office first thing the next morning. She said she would get maintenance to check on this. We never heard back from anyone so we never had any outside lights for the very dark driveway which was dangerous. Also the light over the heart tub in one of the bathrooms didn’t work and there was a very foul order from one of the downstairs bathrooms when we came in one evening from being gone all day. The lack of outside lighting was the main issue of our concern and the lack of response when we called about the issue
