We enjoyed most aspects of the cabin. We had a few concerns: A lot of ants got into our food (picture attached of ants on clean dishes) and we had to throw it out. Some of it not even opened, bakery items for breakfast, were covered in ants. We are aware this has to be a recurring issue bc of the ant raid bottle we saw. The dryer never got hot for us to dry towels used at the pool and the handle on the microwave door is broken.

Family wedding

We were in town for a family wedding which took place just up the road, so the location was great. All the necessary items to start the stay; soaps, shampoos, dish and laundry detergents, TP and paper towel. Pool and hot tub functioned as it should and was clean and ready upon arrival. Pool was serviced twice during our stay as the signage indicated it would be. Pictures and description matched listing details.

Family Trip with Adult Kids

We enjoyed our stay here with our Family and friends but very misleading information in the reviews! It was overall clean but needs some deep cleaning done to it as well. We did NOT have any pot holders in the kitchen and also had to rewash any dish we pulled out of the cabinet. Somebody had put a lot of dishes up DIRTY. There is also a short in the laundry room that needs fixed. We also had broken glass out on the patio by the jacuzzi. Clearly someone cleaning is missing a lot. The pool area had cigarette butts in the window seals and the pool is NOT 82 degree at all. Very cold!!!! We still made the best of our trip but as a property owner I would absolutely want to know these things so I could improve them.

This property accomated our family of 6 (and a dog) very nicely. Plenty of space to spread out during our stay. Enjoyed everything, indoor pool, hot tub, game room! Bedrooms and baths were plenty and spacious. Property is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location to many attractions and shopping. It was a great venue to qelcome in 2025! We will definitely be back!!

Needs a new living room couch, hardly any decor, no holiday decor as well! Laundry room light has a short Needs a wax ring for toilet in masterbath, you could smell urine around the toilet the whole time.

I would recommend this cabin to anyone. It is very nice, clean, well maintained and is in a very safe area. The pool and hot tub are very nice and super clean. A pool person comes by twice a week to check the pool. The host is fabulous he will respond to your message and wants to make your stay wonderful. Me and my family will rent again. Thank you

Beautiful lodge

Overall beautiful house. Multiple beds and bathrooms, pool table, pool, and arcade games for kids. Only rated a 4 for cleanliness because our feet quickly became dirty after walking on the floors, however this would not deter me from renting again. Great for large families. Area is quiet and close to multiple restaurants and activities.

We took a short trip for a couple of days and decided to just do a trip take food and stay at a place with things to do so we did t have to leave and this cabin did not disappoint. We had ages ranging from 50 to 18 months and everyone had a blast. VERY clean, one person on our party cleans lake houses in the summer and was very impressed with the cleanliness. The pool was bigger than we expected and the theatre room was great. We brought the PS5 so and put it in there. At no time did we hear “I’m board”. If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like you are in the mountains but minutes from other things to do I highly recommend this cabin.

Pleased with most accommodations and location. Was left with only one half full butane cannister . Sofa in living room really needs replacing. freezer did not keep things frozen or make ice well, Rest of kitchen and contents were great. Washing machine and blow dryers in bathrooms were also appreciated. enjoyed decks and fire pit. family loved hot tub and game room. Overall a great stay, just would be perfect with the mentioned improvements. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Pretty scenery. Will come again,

Perfect Place

Our stay was great! The cabin was clean, stocked well, and in a perfect location. We had family members from ages 6-70 years old and everyone had a wonderful stay. The TV in master wasn't working but it wasn't a major issue as we were always worn out from the day so didn't even use it at bedtime. The pics do show a propane BBQ pit but that was not there- n0 worries though we used the charcoal one just outside the cabin. Thank you for making our graduation vacation a wonderful memory.

The cabin was in a perfect location, close to Pigeon Forge, but far away enough from the crowded tourism. The size was perfect for our eight-person group; it was so spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub. Our favorite room was the family tv room.

Exceeded Expectations!

The pictures and descriptions describe the property but dont quite do it justice. The kids just disappeared into the game room or the movie room and only bothered my wife and I for food or swimming! The pool room has its own door code so we didnt have to worry about that. The property is in a great location and there are so many things to do in Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area everything seems like its just minutes away. For me, the morning after visiting the Smokey Mountain National Park, slipping into the pool (which we did everymorning) and then sitting in the hottub (again, every morning) was the cherry on top of a perfect rental.

Quick getaway to Pigeon Forge!

Everything about the cabin was exactly what was advertised!! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and arcades!! We have stayed in many cabins and this was one of the best. The location is minutes away for all the shops and fun in Pigeon Forge. Take a right out of complex and straight shot to the fun, food, and shopping. We will stay again!!

Fantastic Place!

The indoor heated pool and the outdoor hot tub were the top favorite things about this cabin! The kids were absolutely thrilled with the pool and the adults thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub…even when some of the sweet kiddos joined us! The arcade games, pool table, and foosball provided additional entertainment. There was plenty of room for the six adults and five children in our family with plenty of room to be together or spread out if we wanted. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that there were king-sized beds for each couple. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes and pans, including cookie sheets that were in great condition (i.e., not rusty). The only items we needed that were not included were a can opener, a cutting board, and a pitcher. There was a nasty sewer smell outside when it rained but it didn’t last the whole time. Overall, we had a FANTASTIC time and highly recommend this cabin!

Perfect Stay

Our family had a perfect stay at this cabin. We had a range from adults, teens, and a toddler and it was perfect for all. Very clean, good location, reasonable drive to Gatlinburg. Would stay here again.
