The two homes sit side by side in the same quiet stretch of Wears Valley, which means your whole party — up to forty people across twelve bedrooms — can spread out between two houses and still be next door to one another. With close to 9,600 square feet to move around in, even a crowd this size has plenty of room to spread out and stay comfortable.

Each home is its own self-contained getaway, and they mirror each other feature for feature: a private indoor pool in both, so two groups can swim at once no matter the weather; two huge kitchens with blue cabinetry, barstool-lined islands, and dining tables set against mountain-view windows; and two open-concept layouts that make it easy to gather the moment everyone's hungry. Split the cooking, split the crowd, or throw both doors open and let the trip flow between them.

Downtime doubles up, too. Two game rooms mean two sets of arcade games, air hockey, and basketball — enough for a real house-versus-house rivalry — and every deck comes with outdoor seating, a grill, and a hammock, plus long Smoky Mountain views to close out the evening. With in-home laundry in each home, even a week-long reunion stays low-maintenance.

And the setting does a lot of the work. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
