Great Place, Great Bear sightings
We had a great time at this house. The view was amazing, the house was spotless and the space and amenities were plentiful. Great communication with the Property Management Company. The checkin process was rocky. We woke up the kids at 3am to make the 12 hour drive to TN from NY to be there at the contracted time of 4pm. We got a message around 11am that the cleaners wouldnt be done until 6pm. Kids were devestated, but we grabbed a bite to eat and the wow factor of the house made up for it. Only other issues were the Sauna was not operational. Instructions are weak and the knob indicator knotches were worn out so couldnt tell if it was setup correctly. The grill on the deck is junk and needs to be replaced ASAP. Gas line did not function and grates are rusted and unusuable. I would highly suggest replacing the grill...its an easy 1000 spend to get a nice Weber grill and make the.guests happy. We had to use the "park like" charcoal grill in the front, which was delicious, but with all the bears roaming around, would have loved to grill on the deck. Some advice: make sure to lock all doors and car doors...bears will try to open and get in...some of our neighbors did not follow this advice and had some visitors. Bears come and go in the back and front and it is always fun to see them. That was the part we all enjoyed and spent hours on the decks trying to spot bears. Overall, great house, great host and great times. With a couple easy fixes would be perfect
