We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cub Oasis. The cabin is beautiful and located in a peaceful area with convenient access to the amenities of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The covered deck with the fireplace and hot tub was a highlight for our family, and the theater room and game room were a lot of fun too.Communication with the owner was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the safety features in the home, especially for families with kids.I shared a few minor items that could be improved for future guests with the owner, but overall we had a good stay and appreciated the opportunity to spend time in the Smokies.

Note the location! This is 20 min from Pigeon Forge & 40 min from Gatlinburg which adds to driving. The bedrooms were nice. The master on the main floor had an odd metal box spring that squeaked with EVERY movement which made it difficult if you toss/turn. The other beds were all kid approved. Note the main floor only bathroom is thru the master bedroom; it would have been nice to have access from another way. Also this cabin is listed for 11 people but it isn’t set up well to be together. The main living room has 1 couch & 1 chair which is comfortable seating for 4. If you are watching TV, others in your party would have to sit on the floor, a stool or at the kitchen table. There is room for an additional couch/loveseat, which would make it better for families. There is large pic window which had a great view but very bright in am/no cover. Game room is nice. One game needed quarters so we did not play that one. It is a great area for the kids but again, no seating if everyone wants to be together. The video games are LOUD & can be heard on the main floor bc there is nothing to absorb the sound (rugs, curtains, doors). The pool, hot tub and outdoor area looked nice but we ended up not using them do to other activities/ getting home late. The cabin has gates at all the stairways and the pool room is locked, which is amazing if you have little ones! The kitchen area was well stocked. Needs newer/ more towels; some had bleach spots & looked old; had 1 kitchen towel.

Such a wonderful stay!! We had amazing time. This is the perfect place for family. The safety features for the children are perfect with baby gates at the top and bottom of each set of stairs as well as a key code lock for the pool room. It’s so nice to have everything you need in one place. The kids had so much fun in the pool and loved the great variety of games. The theatre room was so cozy. The host was super attentive and check in was a breeze. The property was VERY clean as well. We will definitely be back. It might actually be our new family tradition!

This property exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this home is exceptionally well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Our kids were absolutely thrilled with the pool and games available - they were entertained for hours! The location couldn't have been better, and we were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to Pigeon Forge, making it easy to explore the area.As someone who needed to work during our stay, I was impressed by the reliable WiFi - no connectivity issues whatsoever. The property owner was fantastic to work with, providing clear communication and helpful directions that made finding the home a breeze.Our family of 5 had plenty of space and felt incredibly comfortable throughout our entire stay. We went to Tennessee to visit family. We wanted something for the kids to enjoy and adults. Very clean place and beautiful set up. The only thing is we didn’t know we needed quarters for the arcade game’s downstairs .

Wonderful

We come every year to TN and rent a cabin. This cabin by far was the best we ever stayed at. Loved everything about it. I wished we had another week to just stay in the cabin and enjoy it. It has an indoor pool, hot tub, theater room, air hockey, ping pong and other games. The outside tv we used a lot. I will definitely be staying here again.

Memory making trip

We booked this beautiful cabin for a family annual trip and it did not disappoint. The moment we stepped into the cabin we knew we were going to have a great time. No detail was overlooked and everything was perfect. Everyone had a blast with all the entertainment factors in this cabin, and what we are so looking forward to coming back. We had a friendly visitor on the porch a couple times but he was just looking around and left.

Peaceful Area

This cabin is in a gated community which is a nice feature. We only had one time when the gate became very backed up and we waited about 15 minutes to get to the cabin. It is peaceful and quiet. Not very many cars ever drive by the cabin that we saw. The cabin does not have great views in the summertime due to the trees but it is pretty nonetheless. The pictures of the property make everything seem bigger than it really is. The pool is very shallow, maybe 3 1/2 feet or so. It was also cold which we were forewarned about in the information pack. I didn’t use the hot tub because of the warning of obtaining a rash while using it (also in the information pack). There were only four of us staying in the cabin - I can’t imagine having up to 11 people and fitting comfortably in the kitchen/dining/living area. However, there is outside seating on the deck. There are plenty of things to do at this cabin - arcade games, ping pong, playground, pool, movie theater, etc. We tried the outdoor pool which is not close (you must drive to it). It was very chilly as well (we were there at the end of July until beginning of August). The tennis/pickleball courts were adjacent to the pool. We only had one issue and the owner was quick to respond. I’ve stayed in Sevierville at least five times previously and this was the quietest cabin I have ever been to, so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place to be!

Excellent Mountain Get-a-way!

Beautiful house loved it!

The house is beautiful and very well kept clean. The road getting to the house was VERY steep. The weather caused some heavy rain and electricity went out which caused the pool heater to trip. So water was cold and we didn’t want to bother anyone thought it just may have not caught back up from electricity being out. We finally contacted owner he sent someone and got it back on and we enjoyed it for the last day. We also had a black bear visit 3 days. He knocked over the bbq grill looking for food. We had cooked on it the night before so the grease was what he was smelling. Over all we really enjoyed the stay.

We have been to the area many times. We came with 3 teenage boys for my son’s 16th bday. Perfect place for tweens and teens. Nice play area for smaller children. The pool and hot tub were great. They enjoyed the game room and movie room. We all enjoyed the porch with the outdoor seating and tv. Cabin is just like the pictures plenty of room, very clean and beds were comfy. Area is the most in the mountains we have stayed and we loved it. We did Lose service on our GPS, but the driving directions we were given with the cabin information were easy to follow and spot on. Easy enough commute to all the activities you want to do. Great place. I hope you book this place you won’t regret it.

Wonderful cabin!

This cabin is exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. The layout was amazing. The kids loved the pool, game room, and hot tub! Communication from the manage we always very prompt and very helpful. 10/10 recommend this property. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!
