Very beautiful and clean!

This was a great stay for my husband and I. Location was great too! It was secluded but not far from attractions, shopping and restaurants. The deck was nice with great views! Its on the smaller side but was perfect for the 2 of us which included the hot tub.

Convenient stay for Dollywood

Convenient location for Dollywood. Property manager was responsive and polite. The place has everything you need for trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Weekend trip

We enjoyed our stay overall. The house was nicely updated and in a quiet location. Cleaning could have been better. We found a glob of someone else’s hair stuck to the shower walls and the hot tub had to be wiped down before we could use it. We were unable to use the fire pit because the grass was so tall.

Not very appealing

Upon arrival, the place looked abandoned and overgrown with weeds. The “smart” lock does not work. after traveling all day, tried to contact the host by VRBO message, and then tried calling, and after several minutes, finally got a message back about another way to get in. A set of keys was in another lock box that was actually unlocked and laying in a pool of rusty water. The fire pit was unusable due to the knee-high weeds. There was no shower gel or hand soap in the master bathroom. The inside of the place was somewhat updated except there were no curtains or blinds on any of the windows facing the street. Would not recommend.

Cozy with a beautiful view

This cozy home was wonderful to stay in, they have setups for s'mores, popcorn and coffee. They really think about their guests. There's a beautiful view from the deck! Thank you!!!

Beautiful and clean

Very nice and clean. Host was very nice and helpful. Area is perfect. 15-30 minute drive to dollywood or Gatlinburg which was perfect for us. Definitely recommend.

Average place but good communication

The best thing about the rental was the quick communication. It’s much smaller than it appears in pics, and several maintenance items needed to be fixed. The location, although a nice view out back, was in the middle of several junkyards and really hurt the pretty mountain vibe. Price was too steep for this house on my opinion.

Beautiful but not the most kid friendly

My family close to stay here because it is in a convenient location and is beautiful. Those things are true! We struggled with a few things worth sharing for families of little kids. The master and second bedroom are sisters by a pretty long flight of stairs. There is no bathroom upstairs which worried me that my kids would walk downstairs by themselves to get to the bathroom. Two of the stairs were damaged although the property manager assured me they will fix these ASAP. The bedroom upstairs is a bunk bed but you cannot remove the ladder which also worried me about leaving younger kids up there unsupervised. Lastly I’m not sure there is A/C upstairs. It was exceptionally hot upstairs compared to the main level which made it difficult for our kids to sleep. Outside of the kid friendliness hang ups we had, the house was great. The master was beautiful and the bed was so huge and comfy that our family of four all ended up in it! We noticed the master shower was out of body soap and needed to be cleaned. We also couldn’t get the hot tub above 88 degrees. Admittedly, these are minor qualms. Would recommend for a family with older kids for sure! Will plan to come back when our littles aren’t so little.

Anniversary Weekend Getaway

The property was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway in the Pigeon Forge area. We enjoyed the quiet area that it was in, even through pretty hefty rain storm. There was not a lot of traffic in the area either as I think I saw the Mail truck only once for the four days we were there. Overall, it was a great place to comes back too after walking around the sites and attractions available in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area.

Decent place but lacks in cleanliness

Unfortunately for our stay, it was not the best. When we arrived, the thermostat was set on 81 degrees(forecast was for mid 60’s on arrival day) so it was blazing in the house. The parking(especially for my truck was very tight) and the “slight” incline as described by the driveway is an understatement. To unload you have to walk up the driveway which is fault steep or after you unlock the house go up about 20 steps that are step as well(I have a very bad knee and this was super difficult for me).when we got things brought in and out away, we noticed a lot of dead and alive stink bugs in the tables, floors, bed, bathroom, crumbs and dead stink bugs on the coffee table in the living room,went to get a wash cloth to shower and had a wad of hair on it and was dirty but yet it was with the clean linens,hot tub had a CoE displayed which is a communication error and was basically a hot bath tub as the jets would stay on for 5/6 minutes and turn off(why have a hot tub if you can’t control the jets), the back deck is nice but to cluttered with furniture and the carpet rug was soak and wet from the rain and smelled of mildew,and furniture was soaked so we couldn’t sit on it to enjoy the back porch view. The master bed comforter had dried blood on it as did the king pillow and the other pillows at the rental smelled of sweat, my wife had dropped her phone charger and went under the bed was disgusting,an acrylic fingernail, sock and box of nerds. Bed is super comfy however

Cabin in Sevierville

Nice stay. Steeper driveway than I’m used to but use parking brake and you’ll be fine. Beautiful view from the back balcony.
