Enjoyable Family Spot

This place has so many options to keep kids occupied. Our 3 yo and 13 mo old had so much fun. As a note for parents, there are a lot of stairs. Both our kids are used to stairs and do great with them so this wasn't an issue for us. We wish we would have been able to use the theater room more but our kids have no attention span!! We did attempt and it was still enjoyable the minutes at a time our kids sat still! The indoor pool is so much fun! Well maintained and the room was kept nice and warm. So when our kids got out and in a million times they weren't freezing. The hot tub was so relaxing and easily adjustable so we could turn it down a little for our small kids to enjoy too. The games were so much fun. The little putt putt green was thoroughly enjoyed by mom and dad.

Nice house, but false advertising.

The house was nice. The kids loved the pool. Just wished the hot tub was on the same level as the pool. We would swim for a while and then wanted to get on the hot tub but we had to trek through the house all wet to get to the main floor where the hot tub was. Not very convenient. False advertising had to do with the game room. It was all a ficade. The 2 arcades that were there didnt have power cords. My kids were bummed to say the least. The fooseball table had players on it that were completely broken so that was unusable. The most ridiculous part was they had a plastic electronic dart board but then had metal darts that are meant to be played on a cork board. So that was unusable too. So there was literally NO game room. The picures make it look so inviting and fun but the disappointment just ruined our stay. If you dont need a game room to keep kids busy and happy, then this is the place for you.

Unhappy stay

First night went ok had to call and have pool fountain fixed, car racing game didn’t work suppose to get compensation for that. Night two was a disaster: around 9 pm power stops working in sporadic areas of the cabin couldn’t use certain areas. Call to report was told it was too late for a worker. We finally found a breaker box and restarted it ourselves only for it to stop again and had to restart. Then as we are trying to sleep smoke and carbon monoxide detectors start going off. Unit upstairs barely blew cool air out due to all of this stayed 81 degrees where everyone was sleeping until 2 am . Called again for detectors going off but by the time someone asked to send someone for batteries to be changed (they are electric) we were too exhausted to stay up any longer had to shut doors off to drown sounds from them out until it finally stopped around 2 internet was rough too and main level tv wouldn’t connect to watch. Was hoping for compensation for this because didn’t want to leave bad reviews but want others to be aware
