Hot tub hot, fire pit worked well. The grill worked well, spacious for 3 couples. Beautiful property. Communication was top notch! We did not get to swim or use sauna but it was clean and very nice. Highly recommend!

The house and property are amazing. Pretty much 30 mins from everything and very peaceful. We heard the neighbors dog bark a time or 2 but quiet otherwise. My fam and I (wife, kids ages 8 and 6) stayed a week and went hiking a day, visited Dollywood a day, and visited the Skyview Bridge a day. All were within 35 mins from the house and a lot of fun. We hung around the house the other days and spent most of the time in the awesome pool (so pretty at night.) The screened in porch was great for an adult beverage after the kids went to bed and to get some reprieve from the bugs (the bugs weren’t bad.) The Mountain views were incredible. We were lucky and had good weather but if we didn’t, the game room provides a lot of fun. Our daughter really enjoyed the billiards table and our son really enjoyed the air hockey table. As mentioned in other reviews and acknowledged by the host, the driveway is steep with a little curve and is no joke for us Illinoisans (we are used to flat farmland. ) Our Ford Escape made it up with no issues every time. The water pressure was a little lacking on the upper level when the washer was in use. If you’re looking at this property, just book it. You wont regret it!

Family Getaway

This was a perfect place for our first family vacation in the Smokies. Incredible views from the multiple decks, gorgeous pool, hot tub, game room, and every amenity you’d need. Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg both within a 30 min drive. Remote, quiet location. Extremely comfortable beds for the best sleep we’ve had in a long time! Hosts were very easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning!

The view is more than a photo can capture, the home is everything you could need for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The pool was super clean and so fun, they even have some floats there for you. Someone even stopped by to fill the water level back up in the pool while we were there. This property is very well taken care of, very clean and beautiful isn’t the word for it. It is breathtaking, so beyond worth every penny. The property manager/owner whomever we spoke to was more than we could ask for when it comes to making you feel welcomed into their guest home. 10/10 would return!

Relaxing Stay at Mountain Jam

We had a nice, relaxing family vacation, enjoying the sauna, pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The mountain views are beautiful and we even had visits from squirrels, rabbits, lizards, wild turkeys, and deer. Nothing more relaxing than an afternoon nap in the screened in porch, while listening to the birds sing! We enjoyed visiting some local wineries, distilleries, and The Island in Pigeon Forge. Many nice restaurants in the area, but a definite family favorite was The Old Mill Restaurant. We were wanting a quiet getaway to escape the stresses of life, and your home and property did just that! Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Fantastic views and backyard

We had a great week at the cabin. It was secluded from neighbors which is what we were looking for. The final few yards up the driveway were very steep so be prepared! The views were unbeatable and the back yard was wonderful. We loved the porch swing, hot tub, pool, and sauna. We also used the gas fire pit the first few nights but were rained out the rest. A few minor suggestions - the main floor bathroom shower/tubs are very slippery so bath mats would help. Also, only one shower can be in use at a time because the main floor showers go down to a literal trickle if another one is in use. A rocking chair or two for the deck outside the bedroom would be a great addition. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great family vacation

We stayed here with two family’s of five. 4 adults and 6 kids aged 3-10. It couldn’t have been any better! There was more than enough space for everyone and the porch and back yard was everything we wanted for a cozy mountain get away. It’s close to everything from hikes, waterfalls, Gatlinburg and more and so much wildlife! The only thing to take in to consideration is the driveway is very steep. We had a great time and the host was very responsive and available.

Perfect Mtn House Getaway

Convenient location but quiet and private. You feel far out but you’re really not. Spacious, great wintertime amenities such as fireplace, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge if you’re in to fitness, great steep driveway for training and safe streets for running. Perfect for us!

Relaxing

The property was spacious, quiet, & spectacular view. Interior had plently of room, very welcoming. Tried the cold plunge & enjoyed the sauna after. We came for rhe balloon fest but could have just enjoyed staying at the property. All 4 of us over 65, the steps down to rhe fire pit, lawn area, pool & sauna ate quite long and steep. At night, lights along the steps would be helpful. Other than that, great property.

Beautiful Country Getaway

This was the perfect spot for my adult children, husband and I to meet and spend a lovely birthday weekend. The property is very well kept and the amenities are plentiful. We truly enjoyed our time. I agree the driveway is a little hectic, but it is well marked. We hope to Come back again in the future. Thanks for having such a wonderful home away from home.

Beautiful stay with wonderful mountain views with easy access to everything. Was very happy with our stay. I recommend to others bring paper towels, dishwashing pods, hand soap, a dish sponge and laundry detergent. Only negative was the wifi didn’t work well at all. We tried to have a movie night but couldn’t stream anything.

Super Chill

The driveway is super steep and narrow. We had a truck, so we had no issues. The grass was long, but I'm sure it was a timing issue, because it was mowed 2 days later :) The pool was a little dirty, but a crew was there to clean twice while we were there. A crew came to take the garbage from outside multiple times. They came, didn't disturb us, just did their work. My daughter's tv didn't work, I messaged the owner via the app. Next day, there was a brand new tv on the wall. Incredible service!! My only real complaint might be the closets. In the master bedroom, there is a dresser, but no hangers in the closet. In the spare bedroom, there is no dresser, so there is only a closet, with no hangers - that was a little challenging. Maybe get one of those cheap units with cubbies for the closet to put clothes in would be great!! Completely remote, which is exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and peaceful. Waking up to the mountain view was amazing. The house is truly beautiful. We spent some time outside, mostly within the screened in porch. My daughter and I did most of the swimming. The downstairs is amazing, between the games, the bedroom, bathroom and access to the outside deck. The kitchen was the perfect size. Had every utensil that we needed, and the keurig was a nice touch (might want to add that to your listing). We loved the dining room and also spent most of our time in the living room together. Owners are extremely kind and responsive!

So much to do!!

We enjoyed Mtn. Jam and all that it has to offer!! There's so much to do, you don't even have to leave! Our grandbabies loved it too! The drveway is a bit rough and be ready for lots of stairs! Overall, a great vacation spot!
