The Space:

Please note that the twin beds in the downstairs bedroom are two chairs that convert to twin beds. They share a room with a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds. There are two queen pullouts in the great room upstairs to accommodate any extra guests.

*If you would like to bring a dog, please let us know ahead of time, as we need to ensure additional cleaning is scheduled. We require a non-refundable $100 additional cleaning fee for up to 2 pets. More than 2, we require a $200 additional cleaning fee.

*We cannot predict what the weather will do, although we always hope it’s ideal for your stay. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay, so your trip is protected. we appreciate your understanding and hope to host you soon
