Sehr schönes Haus in zentraler Lage
Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Alles sehr sauber und gut erhalten. Tiefgsrage in 50 m, TOP. Zentrale Lage und enge Altstadtgassen führen zu hohem Geräuschpegel, stört aber nicht wirklich. Gerne wieder, können wir empfehlen.

Alejandra ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und das Haus ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Schöne Terrasse direkt vom oberen Schlafzimmer aus zu betreten. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt und die Garage ein paar Häuser weiter ebenfalls wenn man mit dem Auto kommt.

Wundervolle Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt im Macarenaviertel im nördlichen Teil der historischen Altstadt gegenüber der Kirche Santa Marina. Zur Kathedrale cirka 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Sie ist mit wunderbar ausgestattet mit einem Duschbad und einem Duschbad, einem Bad mit Wanne, zwei Schlafzimmern, großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und einer gut überlegten Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Obwohl ursprünglich ein altes Haus, hat das Innere eine innovative Architektin komplett modern und sehr ungewöhnlich gestaltet. Das Mobiliar ist sehr ansprechend, gute Kunst. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Terrasse im Dachgeschoss. Hier ist allerdings anzumerken, dass sie zur Straße ausgerichtet ist und die ist nicht leise. Es ist ein Wohnviertel mit vielen Studenten und Familien mit Kindern und die Bar gegenüber (guter Kaffee und preiswertes Frühstück) setzt jeden Morgen ab spätestens 7 Uhr die Stühle raus, dann ist ein ständiges Kommen und Gehen bis 10 Uhr - dann schlagartig Stille, denn alle sind in der Uni oder bei der Arbeit. Nachts ist die Straße aber sehr ruhig, ganz wenig Verkehr, gelegentlich ein Fußgänger. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Gastgeberin, Alejandra. Sie wohnt nahe bei und ist jederzeit erreichbar, sehr flexibel mit Ankunft- und Abfahrtzeit, gibt viele gute Tipps und ist sehr großzügig (Flasche Wein und Früchteschale bei der Ankunft). Als Taxis das Haus wegen einer kurzfristigen Baustelle nicht anfahren konnten und wir zu einem Termin mussten, hat sie uns mit ihrem Wagen durch die halbe Stadt hingebracht. Wir waren ohne Auto in Sevilla, können daher über das Parken an der Wohnung nichts sagen, Alejandra hat aber da wohl Eine Lösung. Generell würden wir beide aber in Sevilla nicht selbst fahren wollen. Die Altstadt gleicht Venedig in ihren Verwinklungen und die Gassen sind oft so schmal, dass man die Spiegel einklappen muss.

Unvergessliche Tage in Sevilla
Es waren wunderschöne Tage in Sevilla, die Wohnung war neben der Kathedrale und der Alcazar ein absolutes Highlight: Stylisch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und - nie unwichtig - sehr sauber. Der Empfang von Alejandra war sehr herzlich und wir haben viele wertvolle Tipps erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden in Sevilla diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen und sie auch unseren besten Freunden empfehlen.

Wondeeful Stay
Our group of 4 stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 days. Alejandra met us at the door, showed us her beautiful home and offered plenty of helpful information. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and unique in its design and use of space. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the colorful plants and view. The kitchen had everything we needed. Fabulous apartment in great location and lovely host
The apartment was in a good area with the centre an easy walk away but there was also lots to explore locally, including the fabulous food at Contenedor restaurant, just a few steps away. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and carefully arranged over a number of floors. The terrace was a lovely place to come back to after walking around Seville, with the sounds of the bars and chatter below. It was a great place to rest before heading out for dinner. Alejandra was a great host and although we communicated in French (very poorly on our part), she was able to give us lots of recommendations, which were all worth following up on, including a great spot for flamenco and tapas. Thank you Alejandra, we hope to return one day. Safe travels on your upcoming trips and thank you once again for rescuing us when my husband left his jacket in the taxi

Excellent space and a cordial host
Lovely apartment on a quiet street, a short walk to the historic center. Spotlessly clean and well supplied. A charming lady owner who signed us in, offered much local advice and checked us out. The apartment is “vertical” – one bedroom on the ground floor, the other two flights up (pretty wooden stairs), the living room and kitchen between them. We loved it, but this would not be for someone with mobility issues. Once again, we had a wonderful stay!

Alejandra nous a accueillis comme des membres de sa famille et nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour notre séjour à Séville. A wonderfully stylish Sevillian house
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house over 4 levels hosted by Alejandra. It is a very stylish property in a lovely neighborhood away from the tourist centre and yet very accessible on foot to all the main sights and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the roof top terrace in the mornings surrounded by bougainvillea and church towers with the hum of local life below. Alejandra was an excellent host; helpful, responsive, flexible and welcoming. We would highly recommend this wonderful property. Thank you Alejandra!

Exceeded Expectations
When an apartment has so many 5-star reviews, I worry it may not meet my expectations. That was not the case for this beautiful home. It was a perfect blend of old and new, sat in a quiet neighborhood close to groceries and cafes, and had all the basic amenities. The location was superb and easy to navigate by car or foot. We were a family of four - two kids 9 & 14 - and the home couldn't have suited us better. Sra. Alejandra is warm, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

A Unique and Beautiful Apartment
We loved our stay at this apartment in Seville. The apartment was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. It was supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. Our hostess, Alejandra, was a delight to work with. When we messed up and didn’t get our Alcazar tickets online before we came, she graciously let us stay late so we could get it in the next day. She helped us get to and from the parking. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Seville. This property was absolutely as advertised and we would certainly stay again. The apartment was very nice. And it was clean. Alejandra was the perfect hostess. The location was perfect for exploring and the parking was very convenient. There are stairs - be prepared. The apartment is very much an open style. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very nice. The upstairs bathroom sink is separate from the rest of the bathroom and is located in the hallway /staircase and open to the rest of apartment.

Beautiful Place in Seville
Alejandra was a fantastic host. Very gracious and accommodating. Her place is very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Layout of the house is a bit funky with all of the stairs but there are so many terrific features of the house that the stairs add to the charm. The location is across from a church and in a neighborhood with many small shops/cafes nearby. You are within a 15 minute walk to the more touristy area of Seville which also adds to the charm of the house and neighborhood.

Lovely stay in Sevile!
We thoroughly enjoy our stay in Seville. The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples and we loved the terrace for morning coffee! We were a comfortable distance from the heart of the city and found walking very easy to the main attractions and lots of restaurants. The host greeted us to show us details of parking, the home and general area. We really enjoyed Contenedor restaurants right down the street a few times (be sure to eat dessert). It was our first time in Spain and having this home made it very special!

Perfect location
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communications with Alejandra were excellent and she met us at check-in and check-out and was very kind and helpful. There was parking in a secure underground garage, which had plenty of room and was very near to the property. The house is on several levels, which worked well for us and gave us room to spread out as a family of four. It is beautifully decorated and felt comfortable, with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The terrace is welcome bonus and a great spot for a morning coffee. The location was perfect for accessing all areas of Seville and it is without doubt one of the best properties we have stayed at.

Amazing place as long as you can do steps
First, just be aware this place spans 5 floors of steps. Not for those with issues doing steps. Other than that this place is perfect. Check in was easy, the place was spotless. Right near an amazing restaurant and a cheap and easy breakfast/lunch place. Most things were a 10-20 minute walk. Private parking a major plus, but be aware the space is very tight. The smaller your car the better.

Fantastic visit to Seville
The house was clean and beautiful and in a great location. Alejandra was lovely and very helpful. She made sure we were comfortable in the house and gave us lots of information about the area (despite the fact that we didn't speak the same languages). We had a great time and highly recommend it. The only thing I would be aware of is that the house is on multiple levels which was fine for us, Anyone with mobility limitations should not rent this house. I did have some concerns about safety on the stairs, they are steep and wooden, so you need to be very careful going down. The upstairs bedroom has a flight of stairs down to the bathroom, which seemed a bit hazardous if you needed to use the washroom in the night.

Seville Stay
We stayed in Seville with my son for three nights, end May. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There is a lovely terrace facing the oldest church in Seville. Location was perfect for us. Walking to Barrio Santa Cruz was about 15 min. The location is also handy for groceries nearby and restaurants including a great cafe outside the apartment. Beds are very comfortable. We have stayed in many rentals, this is at the top of the list.

Not just a rental - - - a remarkable experience.
Located on a plaza with an old church and an outdoor cafe, the multistory house was exactly as described. It was beautiful, interesting, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. The rooms were decorated with outstanding art, antiques, carpets, and tile work. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for the showers and bathtub. The top floor terrace was filled with flowers and overlooked the plaza. It was a wonderful place for evening relaxation, with the church and its tower lit up, as were the domes of another historic church right around the corner. The neighborhood offered narrow streets, plazas, courtyards, balconies, cafes, good restaurants (ConTendor was just down the street), tapas bars and atmosphere. The house's location permitted us to easily walk everywhere in this remarkable city during our four nights stay. Note that there are many steps to negotiate in the house. Alejandra was a perfect and gracious host from guiding the initial rental arrangements to welcoming us and showing us around the house. She provided detailed information and suggestions about visiting Seville, restaurants, etc. Also she arranged for an early morning taxi for our train departure and stopped by to see us off. Would we stay here again? You bet!

Una estancia encantadora en casa de Alejandra: hospitalidad, comodidad y encanto en Sevilla
Tuve una experiencia maravillosa alojándome en casa de Alejandra. Desde el principio, Alejandra fue muy amable y atenta. Incluso antes de nuestra llegada, se aseguró de tener nuestro número de teléfono para facilitar la comunicación. Cuando llegamos, ella nos recibió con una cálida bienvenida y nos mostró la casa (eso sí, hay que tener cuidado con las escaleras si sufres de vértigo o tienes problemas de rodillas). Además, nos dio algunos consejos para aprovechar al máximo nuestra visita a Sevilla. Fue un encuentro encantador. El apartamento es realmente hermoso, con una decoración muy bonita y un encanto que es difícil de encontrar en alquileres. Es cómodo y funcional, y estaba impecablemente limpio. Sin duda, volveré en el futuro. La ubicación es excelente, no está justo en el centro pero tampoco alejado. Está a unos 15-20 minutos a pie del casco antiguo. Nosotros exploramos toda la ciudad a pie, así que si te gusta caminar es perfecto. Además, creo haber visto algunas paradas de autobús cerca, por si prefieres utilizar el transporte público. En resumen, mi estancia en casa de Alejandra fue fantástica. Su amabilidad y hospitalidad fueron destacables, el apartamento es precioso y la ubicación es conveniente. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que visite Sevilla. ¡No te arrepentirás!

Charming host, home and neighbourhood
From the warm, personal welcome and farewell from our host, Alejandra, to the sparking cleanliness of the house to the closeness of both a charming coffee shop in Plaza San Marco and a 'slow food' restaurant Con Tenedor just down the street, it was a wonderful stay. An easy and interesting walk down to the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar Palace. Only cautionary note.....the house is on several levels and some guests might find the number of stairs challenging.

Amazing apartment!
This was an absolutely gorgeous apartment! It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was excellent and you could walk everywhere. It felt like we were truly in a neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby ( especially try Contendor right across the street). The balcony was so pretty and we spent a few beautiful evenings there. Alexandra was a great host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. She drove with us to the parking space, which is included and very important in Seville. Thank you so much for everything Alexandra.

Fantastic apartment
Alejandra's house is a wonderful place to explore Seville, especially the lively Feria neighbourhood. We loved the roof terrace and the stylish interiors. There are lots of stairs, but it's a beautifully planned and equipped house, with opportunity for both privacy and communal living.

Great location
The property is close to everything within walking distance. The owner is super nice and provided a lot of useful info during the stay. Kids love the beautiful house as well! Recommended!
