« This property is exactly as listed. Quiet, remote, and beautifully charming. The vintage boutique adds to the romanic atmosphere. And close enough to the CLT area to easily make it a day trip. I highly recommend pairing this stay with a visit to Baker Buffalo Creek Winery. »

« We enjoyed our visit very much even with the crazy storm or wind that caused the TV to go out. We loved the large checker board. The grounds and The Glass Chapel are beautiful. We loved the cabin and will be planning a future stay if the Lord is willing. Our host and her husband were great!!! »

« Our stay at the Bear Creek Cabin was outstanding! The location was beautiful with the creek, trees, lightening bugs, and deer. The owners have done an awesome job of equipping the house with all of the essentials. It was our perfect home away from home for two weeks while our daughter showed horses at the near by Tryon International Equestrian Center. »

« Awesome place! Very well taken care of and in a very clean and quiet community. Had everything we were looking for, and having the peace of mind that the dog was taken care of with the build in accommodations was a lifesaver. « We enjoyed our stay. We were able to relax there after long days at the horse show. We did have to buy a matress topper because the bed was very hard. Other than that we had all that we needed. Nicely decorated with sufficient towels and linens. Kitchen was lightly stocked so i wouldn't pan a big dinner. Host was accessible. We had to contact him when the directions for checkout were unclear. We texted a message and he got back to us in under an hour. We would definitely go back. »

« We enjoyed our week’s stay at this neat, clean, tastefully decorated cabin. We loved the front porch swing and great mountain view from the well furnished back deck. Deer and wild turkeys visited us late in the evening which added to the charm of the area. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Matthew was very quick in responding to any questions we had. We look forward to returning soon! »

« The owners thought of every little detail, from labeling switches, to multiple luggage racks, multiple towel hooks, and nightlights just to name a few. Everything was super clean and nice. The game garage was an added bonus and our kids had a great time! We would love to come back! »

« We were in town for services at a local church. The cabin was a treat. Clean,spacious and very comfortable Everything was well stocked. We enjoyed relaxing on the porches and watching the deer.
