OUTDOOR FUN

By the cabin: Hot tub, tetherball and an outdoor projector with seating for movie nights.

On the way to the river: Private pickleball/basketball court and putting green.

By the river: A short walk across the lawn (~300 ft) brings you to your private riverfront area with a deck, lounge chairs, covered picnic area, charcoal grill and wood-burning firepit.

GAME ROOM

Head to the garage for pool, ping pong and arcade games—perfect for rainy days, evenings or a little friendly competition.

Guests have private access to the entire cabin and property, including the pickleball/basketball court, putting green, game room, hot tub, outdoor games, outdoor projector area, riverfront deck, covered picnic area and firepit.

Your unique door code and check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.


RIVERFRONT

The private riverfront area is approximately 300 feet from the cabin across the lawn. The property has private Shenandoah River frontage, but there is no direct water access from the property.

FIREWOOD

Firewood near the riverfront firepit is available for guests. Please only use what you need so there’s plenty for future guests.

GRAVEL ROAD

The neighborhood is accessed by a gravel road. Please drive slowly and use care, especially during inclement weather.

LOCAL RACETRACK

There is a local racetrack several miles away. On race nights—typically Saturdays from April through September—you may hear the race from the property.

KAYAKING & BOAT ACCESS

A public boat landing is approximately 10 minutes away for guests who bring their own kayaks, canoes or other watercraft.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

Massanutten Resort (Skiing and Waterpark): 20 minutes

Swift Run Gap / Shenandoah National Park & Skyline Drive: 20 minutes

Luray Caverns : 30 minutes

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

• No indoor smoking or vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana or CBD. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in a minimum $200 deep-cleaning fee.

• Dogs: Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs are permitted with a $65 fee per dog. Please clean up all pet waste. Dogs are not permitted in the hot tub.
