Staff were exceedingly polite and professional going out of their way to help a foreigner navigate food delivery and to locate the Chinese address for places I needed to DiDi for business. If I have one criticism, as seemingly with all hotels in China, a the lack of vegetarian items at breakfast.“

„Geat Hotel for a reasonable price. Nice design with spacious rooms. Restaurant has excellent Food and Breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Only sad thing is that they have a bar but do not use it. Drinks you can only have it by the bottle no matter if you want a beer or a Cognac. In the surroundings are big constructions, but I am sure once those are finished it will be a nice place to be. Good jogging possibilities and 300m from next Metro station.“

„Ich muss sagen, das Hotel hat alle meine Erwartungen erfüllt. War gut mit einem Shuttle Bus (nicht vom Hotel) vom Flughafen Hongkong zu erreichen. Das Schwimmbad ist etwas versteckt im Rückgebäude. Aber alles zusammen war mein Aufenthalt schön.“

„Dieses Hotel hat schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, ist jedoch sehr luxeriös und sehr gut gewartet. Man fühlt sich fast wie in einem Palast. Alles ist perfekt gewartet oder neu. Das Personal ist kometent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz besonders in der Lounge fiel uns der gute Service und die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals auf. Gleich ans Hotel angrenzend, befindet sich das Coastel-City Einkaufszentrum mit zahllosen Geschäften und vielen Restaurants. Absolut empfehlenswert. Lediglich etwas war ...

„地點並不難找, 我們打車來的, 就在5棟A座旁下車, 走兩步就是了. 前台在8樓一個住家feel的單位內, 本來有點担心, 但服務人員態度很好, 手續辦的很快, 又把我們房間升級了套房, 而且可1點才退房. 房間在22樓, 景觀非常好, 可惜碰上深圳大暴雨, 未能盡情享受陽台. 由於大雨, 也沒四處去遊玩, (本來想去歡樂海岸的) 都在房間享受清閒, 及到樓下吃飯. 附近中西餐都有, 也有便利店, 挺方便的. 房間比我們自己的家還要大, 很舒服, 也很乾淨 服務好, 我們不懂弄電視, 又忘了帶手機充電線, 服務員很快替我們解決了 性價比很高. 當然, 若要酒店服務及感覺的, 這不是你的茶. 不過, 像我們一家四口, 想過一個悠閒的週末, relax relax的話, 很好的選擇 值得推薦“
