« Really friendly and helpful hosts and the chalets are finished to a very high standard. Lovely and peaceful with a really comfy bed. Didn’t find fault with anything during my stay and would definitely recommend to others and stay again if I’m in the area. 10/10 »

« There is a large car park but it can get busy at peak times. Register your car at the bar. Our fourth visit in the last year. We like it. Staff, food, atmosphere and location. There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed, e.g. dripping taps, shower door off runners and touch up of decor in places. We expect to return. »

« My room was nice but smelt heavily of chips due to being above kitchen extraction. Dinner was lovely and priced well. Nice welcome too »

« Hôtel bien situé pour une étape. Il est proche de la M1 mais calme et dans la verdure.Les tarifs des repas sont plutôt élevés. Le petit déjeuner est carrément hors de prix. La jeune femme à l'accueil n'est pas du tout souriante et accueillante. Elle n'a fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre et ralentir ses explications. Heureusement le lendemain matin les autres personnes étaient beaucoup plus chaleureuses et attentives. »

« Hotel est au calme. Litterie confortable. A cause de la pandémie les szrvices sont réduits. Mais, le sol de la salle de bain n'avait pas été correctement lavé. La moquette de la chambre 250 avait de grosses taches blanches. Bien que nous étions deux personnes, il n'y avait qu'une seule grande serviette et un seul set de thé/café. Il a donc fallu aller à la réception pour avoir le comportement. Sans souci ceux-ci a été fourni. »

« Arrived late. Night staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was tidy and fresh. Hotel needs some work but for a night stay it was fine. A telephone in the room and an early morning call service would be really helpful. Shower was excellent and invigorating. Will stay again when next travelling this way in June »
