We also had one of our kids cause some minor damage and the host was very gracious and understanding about it and we came to a fair agreement to cover the damages with no conflict. « Beautiful, quiet retreat in the white mountains. Spent a week here with my family, and it was idyllic. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly mornings. The fire pit was excellent for gathering in the evenings. »

« Loved the property, the location, and being able to sit out on the deck while the kids played in the backyard. It is a great place for kids with lots of swings, etc. We had a program/play/skits in the theater room and the elevated seating arrangement made it easy for everyone to watch. I highly recommend this property. »
