Everything was very family friendly. There was 6 adults, one 3 year old and a 9 month old. Very clean and included everything you could possibly need. The welcome basket was very nice too. Lots of towels. The pool was fantastic and easy for the 3 year old to get in and out with the steps. Enjoyed sitting in the sun room for meals to enjoy the view. The golf cart worked out great so we didn't need to take two vehicles to the beach and to town. Chelsea and the owners were quick to respond and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend! We will defiantly go back again!

This house was perfect for my family! We stayed for a week, and the location was great. The house was very nice, all brand new furnishings and great amenities. Gary the owner and Chelsea the manager were both very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic vacation and house!! This house was perfect for our family. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and this house worked out great. Gary was very responsive to all our questions and very easy to work with. Chelsea who met us at the house was also very friendly and assisted us with all our questions. If you are heading to Siesta Key on vacation I would highly recommend this house.

Maybe the best house we ever stayed at. Pool was used a lot. Nespresso machine was too. Fully equipped and stocked with supplies. Our first time at Siesta Key, very busy time of year. Thank you.

Lovely Vacation home

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Beach House. We enjoyed watching the herons and birds in the morning on the screened porch. The house was clean, well furnished, and quite comfortable for the 10 of us. The hurricane updates were well thought out. The pool area was clean with lots of seating options. The local manager was easy to reach if we needed help. We loved the updated kitchen and dining table! The updated golf cart was great as well and helped us get back and forth to the beach. It was a great vacation in a terrific rental!

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing Family Vacation

We just returned from an incredible stay at this property and couldn’t have been happier. We had two families together, including several young kids, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There was so much space — the kids loved being able to run around freely, and the adults appreciated how comfortable and easy everything felt from the moment we arrived.The home itself is beautifully updated and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed — stylish yet practical, especially for families with younger children. The layout gave everyone room to spread out, with multiple sitting areas (each with large TVs), a spacious kitchen perfect for group meals, and enough privacy when needed.One of the biggest highlights for us was the outdoor setup. There are two separate porches — one overlooking a peaceful lagoon and fire pit, and the other with a view of the pool, which made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while relaxing with a drink or snack. The pool is huge, with plenty of room for games, floats, and relaxing, and the shaded overhangs were a game changer during the heat of the day. The hot tub that flows into the pool was a favorite for the grownups after the kids went to bed.A huge bonus was having access to the six-person golf cart we rented from the property owner. It made getting to the beach, restaurants, and local spots so convenient — especially when hauling gear, towels, and kids around. It was one of those small touches that

10 STARS! (because 5 is not nearly enough)

This property was a true home away from home! After the recent hurricanes, my family and I were reluctant to travel to Florida. I reached out to our hosts, Gary & Lisa, expressing my concerns. Not only did Gary respond immediately to all of my messages, he called me to put my mind at ease. I'm so glad he did because we would have missed out on our first Siesta Key experience. The media showed the devastation after the hurricanes and I think it’s important to mention how clean the beaches are and how resilient the city is. I was expecting the worst and was amazed by all of the progress. We rented the golf cart (which I highly recommend as it is brand new, considerably less expensive than other rentals and just so much fun) and enjoyed the lovely restaurants, food, shops and live music in the village. The Lagoon house and Flamingo Cottage were recently renovated and included beautiful furniture, fabulous décor, and new appliances. The kitchen was VERY well stocked (from serving platters, hand mixer, crockpot, you name it – they had it). The grounds are beautiful & secluded in a quiet neighborhood making you feel like you are on your own private island. Of course the pool, hot tub and sauna were all fantastic and well maintained. Special thanks to Chelsea, the property manager, for her responsiveness to requests, clear communication, and attention to detail. The Lagoon house and Flamingo Cottage were spotless!

Lovely Lagoon House

We stayed in the Lagoon house for a family vacation(8 adults and 1 toddler) and it was fabulous. The house was clean, comfortable and newly updated. The Flamingo Cottage was adorable as well. We loved our breakfast and coffee on the back screen porch along with the sunsets. The pool area is screened and very private with pool toys. I wasn't sure we would get much use out of the sauna and hot tub but we did and enjoyed them both. Chelsea was amazing and quickly answered all of our questions. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful piece of paradise

We stayed here for our daughter’s senior spring break. The property accommodated our group of 9 very well plenty of room. The guest house was great for the grandparents. Very well stocked with anything you need and recently remodeled. Property is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood so you get away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip but close enough to the village and beach for quick and easy access. Golf cart was a great addition. Chelsea the property manager is nothing short of amazing. She was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive to any needs. Gary the property owner is amazing as well. There was a major pollen bloom just as we arrived that caused some issues with the pool for a couple days (no fault of the owners) but man did they work hard to get it back to normal quickly and communicated with us the entire process. I would most definitely recommend this amazing property and owners to anyone. We will be back. Thank you for allowing us to share this beautiful property

Practice Retirement :)

My husband and I were looking for a place to check out possible retirement locations. We also wanted a place to bring my 92yr old father from Michigan to escape some Michigan winter. In addition, my daughter and sister were able to attend at various times. This home was not only a perfect space for all of us (being 1 level) and spacious, it had all the amenities and updates we were hoping for. The location in the village of Siesta Key was perfect and the neighborhood was beautiful, private & quiet. We would highly recommend this rental and most likely stay here again!

Home is a home run!

Casita for mom was perfect hot tub and pool are very nice room for grandkids to play. Kitchen well equipped fire pit is a nice touch for s’mores! We want to stay again next year!

Perfect Family Reunion for All Ages

This is an amazing vacation home with a perfect location in Siesta Key. We stayed here for our Thanksgiving family reunion (6 adults and 4 kids 7, 5, 4, 2) and it was everything we could ask for. We've stayed at several other locations over the years and this surpassed them all. Everything is brand new and the attention to detail is obvious. The pool, hot tub, sauna, appliances, beach gear, and golf cart (definitely rent the golf cart) made for a fun and easy vacation. Check-in was simple and Chelsea is there to help with anything. Check-out was even easier, which was not always the case in other rentals. We can't wait to come back!

Family Honeymoon

Perfect vacation home in Siesta Keys! Beaches and shops within minutes! Plentiful room for additional people with numerous large couches everywhere. Guest house is awesome as well and works great to separate the teenagers! Pool & jacuzzi is fabulous with full privacy which we really liked! Sauna was another surprise and great addition and we used it every day! And property manager Chelsea was truly the best host, replying immediately and accommodated every request! 5 Stars! 👏

Perfect Family Beach House!

We loved our stay at Siesta Key - the house was very clean and had everything you need. The property felt very secluded and private and everyone loved the beach and the pool. The house manager met us at check-in and was very responsive with any questions we had. The owners offered an additional golf cart and that was amazing with the kids to take to dinner/ice cream - everything was very close with the golf cart but would of been a longer walk with small kids (3 and 5).
