  • Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key en Floride, Crescent Beach - Ce grand 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain est non recouvert de moquette et d'env. 1000 pi2 Il a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, lanai filtré, parking couvert, ac / chauffage central, 3 téléviseurs, wi-fi gratuit dans l'unité! Il a un roi, 2 jumeaux, un canapé-lit. L'unité ne dispose pas d'un téléphone fixe. L'unité est à quelques pas des eaux turquoises du golfe du Mexique. Ce complexe magnifiquement entretenu se trouve dans la partie la plus large de Crescent Beach. Le complexe dispose de 2 cabines de plage, de chaises de plage, d'une grande piscine chauffée, d'une salle de jeux et d'une magnifique cour en front de mer où vous pourrez admirer les plus beaux couchers de soleil. Il y a de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, pêche, tennis, canotage, parachute ascensionnel dans la région. Busch Gardens / Disney sont rapidement accessibles en voiture. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Island House every year since 1983 and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else! Happy to see so many of the units being upgraded and this one was no exception! Very clean and nicely appointed. Couldn’t think of one negative thing to say about V-28. I will say that there wasn’t a lot of customer friendly vibes coming from behind the counter in the office! Almost felt like we were interrupting their day when we picked up the keys! And the only other feedback I would have is that the pool is uncomfortably hot! It was hot in April when we were down and it was too hot to even get in when we were there at the end of May. I’m not sure what changed with that because we have been visiting for many years.

Perfect location

We loved the location- and the villa was lovely. Looks like kitchen and one bath were recently updated - everything we needed was there. Odd as it may seem- it was very “dimly lit.” Seemed like all the bulbs were very low and the upholstery/ rugs could use a good cleaning. Master mattress and bedding was a little worn . We love Island House though! Great management- pool was very clean and the beach is unbeatable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several different villas over the years and I would have to say villa 28 was definitely the nicest we have had. Everything was beautiful and so accommodating. The only thing I will mention, is the master bedroom stayed very hot despite keeping blinds shut and door open and the air down. We ended up shutting the vents in the other bedroom and that did make the master bedroom cool off more. Just thought I would mention it. But overall it was an AMAZING stay and we can’t wait to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I went for my 60th birthday May 1-7 with sisters and family !!The villa was a great location to the pool and 2 min to beach front. The resort is beachfront with apartments and villas. The villa was equipped with all we needed and we loved the lanai. The staff was very attentive before during and after. Shout out to Scott! We loved having Johnny’s Rides for our transpiration to siesta key village ~ Or use the free trolley that runs every 20 mins. We are booking for next year. Siesta Key is a great fun area w/ most bars and restaurants in the village ~ 2 miles from Island House !!

Spring Break 2019

The place we stayed in was very clean and close to the beach and pool. It was absolutely perfect. It wasn’t too close to downtown and the noise but close enough to catch the trolleys that would stop throughout the day to pick you up.

exactly as advertised. nice condo, quiet and with beach access. I have been visiting the area for over 20 years and am familiar with the village and the key. Nice place. The condo had a few light bulbs out or missing, but was very clean. Separate MBR and bath is huge, guest room is great for kids and guests.

Good location

on the beach location was perfect for us, not far from siesta village and public beach, yet close to major road to Sarasota. Customer service has plenty of room for improvement, but we didn't have any major issues. wifi is NOT reliable.
