It was well appointed for a vacation place. A couple of minor things. Propane tub dishwasher, but they were handled right away. All in all. A solid 4.

I would give the house itself and the vendors that tended to the yard 5 stars for sure.Unfortunately, the internet stability is horrible. We had to call the mantenance guy to assist several times. We spent hours trying to get it going again. It would kick you off wifi every few minutes on most days. The TV is wifi based also, so no TV either. The garbage disposal did not function and they did not put a screen on drain to catch food bits. The soap dispensers at all sinks except one did not function at all.Also, for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have a small welcome basket or something. Just got a welcome email with incomplete information and a list of extra fees they would charge if you did or didnt do certain things.

Graduation Family Celebration - Wonderful Home

House is in an excellent location on the north side of Siesta Key Island. We've stayed at Siesta Key about 8 times but never on this part of the island. The pool and outside seating was the big draw for us to stay at this house and that lived up to expectations. The layout of the house is great with 2 master bedrooms and very comfortable sleeping for up to 8(we only had 5). The kitchen needed some additional items added and I discussed that with ownership and they agreed to fix immediately. Other than that, we had no major issues with the house. Convenient location to either get down to the Village or get to downtown Sarasota and the marina area.

Great Location, Great House, Outdoor Space Exceptional!

We had a fantastic stay at the Bungalow! The location was fantastic for us, as we planned many beach days at various beaches in the area. This really was a pretty central location for what we had planned. The house layout is great, plenty of space for our family of 6, and the outdoor living space was fantastic! We spent most of our time outside at the pool while we were at the house. Upon arrival, we did notice that the floors felt gritty, and there was dirt/debris accumulated in many of the corners throughout the house. There were little black bugs/gnat type things in all of the bathtubs, but wasn't enough of a concern for me to call Justin. I did end up having to call as we were directed to take trash out on Monday night, but there were no extra bags to be found, we were also about out of Toilet Paper and Paper towel. The conclusion to this minor issue was the cleaners not leaving supplies they were supposed to and was corrected immediately. We also had to call the maintenance guy as we had a wifi outage one night, and the next day we realized the pool heat would not work at all. He came immediately to fix the problem, and he was great! Even gave us some pointers on things to do (Shout out to Steve!) All in all, I would stay again, a few minor hiccups but nothing that majorly affected our stay. Would definitely stay here again! We left a new cooler, and a boogie board for future renters :)

good gathering spot

we were in town for my daughter's wedding and had a mix of friends and family staying at the house. Instructions were clear, access to a property manager was straightforward to trouble shoot issues when they arose. We were able to host a casual dinner for 14 people in the back yard comfortably. Amenities were as described.

Amazing Stay!!

The home's amenities are great (pool, spa, firepit). The house was exactly as described with a great layout. Just a great place to unwind. Close to the beaches. The furnishings were high end and the beds super comfortable! About the only negative was road noise due to being next to a busy road where cars and trucks speed by and a bit of traffic. It did not bother us but it could be annoying to others. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

Fantastic House

This is a great house for a family and/or friends vacation. The layout provides a perfect way to spend time together yet everyone can retreat to your own space. The backyard was great for everyone and we were able to walk to beach everyday (or drive). Yes you hear the traffic on the street but all of the other perks outweighed it. Property management was super helpful too when an issue arose. We will be back!

Beautiful house with pool and hot tub

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this house for our Fall Break vacation. The house was great and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The only downside was that the house was further north than where the free trolley goes. The property manager was very responsive and took care of all of our needs.

Fantastic home

Check in was simple and easy, home was sparkling clean, and the pictures don't do it justice. Everything is as described. The pool and backyard area are fantastic. Perfect house for a family or group. Loved the location, steps from a public beach access. Not a downside to us, but the house is adjacent to a main road, so there is some traffic noise when outside. We brought a small dog and it could not have been more ideal, e.g., fully fenced in yard and beautiful wood-look tile floors. Bikes, chairs, and other beach gear provided. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home!

The home was perfect! It provided everything we needed. Good size bedrooms for the most part. Spacious outdoor space with a good size pool, hot tub, fire pit and ping pong table. We were able to get access to the property earlier than expected which was extremely appreciated. They had bikes for us to use, beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler to bring to the beach. The only down side was that the property was close to a busier main road so there was some traffic noise but all in all a wonderful place to stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Just book it!

Came here with 6 girlfriends for a 5 night stay and we could have not been happier with this property! The house is just fantastic. It was so clean and comfortable and gave us all plenty of room. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms had plenty of storage for the 7 of us. The pool & spa were awesome and used alot! Loved the grill and the fire-pit. Close to a small beach access and just a quick ride to the main beach and village. We appreciated the beach chairs and pool floaties. It was nice to not have to worry about bringing things like that. Seriously, the house had everything we needed. Just bring your food a drinks and get ready for a relaxing time. Since we didn’t rent a car we utilized Johnny’s Free Rides which was great and highly recommend! Bottom line…rent this place you will not be disappointed!!

Great place for a family getaway

A wonderful property in a great area! Perfect for our extended family vacation - we had 5 adults and 2 small kids and the size was perfect. The host and the caretaker and the cleaning crew were all wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. And the hot tub was an added bonus on the cool nights! We loved it!

This property was the nicest surprise and the best home vacation rental we've experienced in Siesta Key. Justin, the ower, was extremely easy to communicate with and super responsive. The house is laid out to comfortably to accommodate a family or guests and give everyone privacy. The pool area is special...with a generous patio area, comfortable seating, grill, fire pit, and more. And kudos to Justin for the extra supplies he provided to make this a top notch stay.
