„It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back.“

„Facility is poorly maintained. Toilets have no flush, doors in thr bedroom and washroom were noisy, kitchen counter have ants crawling...one positive is the room we rented was spacious for three people. “

„When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.“

„What is the meaning of "sound proofed"? That you even hear cockroaches dancing on the table? Or hear everything from other rooms doing their love-games? Or roosters and dogs from outside? And who really proofs that "sound proofed" is no fake? At this Hotel it is definitely fake and with all the very cheap interior and a 2 sqm bathroom - how is it possible to promote this as 5***** Hotel? Total Scam, and unfortunately HOTELS.COM is a part of that ugly daily business to deceive customers. “
