I have used VRBO for many years and have generally had positive experiences, which made this stay particularly disappointing.Communication regarding parking registration at this property was unclear. Although parking privileges were expected, my vehicle was booted by the HOA and i was required to pay additional fees in order to regain access to the car and return to the airport. Clear advance instructions about parking procedures or, even better, changing the parking registration process would have prevented this situation.I also experienced billing which included charges that appeared to duplicate amounts already paid through VRBO. Resolving these issues during the stay was difficult, and responses from the property management team were limited.Future guests should carefully confirm parking registration requirements and review all fees in advance. Greater transparency and clearer communication from the property management company would significantly improve the guest experience.
