„This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.“

„Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.“

„Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is super clean, very spacious and exceptionally well equipped, truly a home away from home. The location is great, situated in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket just 4 min drive. The backyard is a real highlight, there is a grill and a wonderful relax zone. The photos are 100% accurate. I'd absolutely recommend this place 10/10“

„Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around. „Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful. The house was clean and the location and surroundings were very nice. However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. There were items about the house that should have been listed such as how to lock the house, when doing ...

„This is a simple but comfortable little place in an absolutely beautiful location. Malibu's beaches are about 10 minutes away and there are lots of hiking options in the canyon as well. The town of Topanga has some great restaurants and coffee too. There is no A/C, but fans are provided and it gets cool at night. I felt like I was at a secret hideaway and loved it!“
