This home may have been the highlight of our trip. It was a rainy, cold week, and many of our activities got cancelled due to weather, so having this home with a pool and all the games/activities was a blessing. The home was very clean and the location was great. We loved our few days outside by the pool, and it was a direct, quick and easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Nice House that needs a few thingsPros-Nice looking house, good hostCons-AC is not good. On a hot day, the AC barely keeps up in the main living area, and the bedrooms get quite warm, especially the master bedroom, which stays warm day and night. The other bedrooms take quite a while to really cool down once the sun sets. Neither bathroom has an AC vent in it, so if you close the door and take a shower, it gets stifling in there.All the bedrooms and bathrooms have vertical blinds in them, and in most of the locations there are missing and broken blinds. This is an issue when you're trying to sleep and light is seeping into the room, or in the bathroom where you may be concerned about privacy.Most of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms have chipped and peeling paint. The ceiling in the second bathroom has large sections of paint peeling downThe closet doors have knobs on them to open and close but the knobs come off in your hands leaving a sharp, dangerous screw sticking out.We've come to expect in a VRBO, that the Keurig machine is stocked with coffee pods, sugar, creamer, etc. Not so here.The pool deck outside was dirty with some red substance.The beds are all on the firm side, and we found them not comfortable. So including the items I mentioned before, we did not sleep well at this house because we're trying to sleep on a firm bed in a too warm room with too much light coming into the room through the broken blinds.

Loved our time here!!

The property was perfect for our crew. We had a baseball tournament in Jupiter and wanted to enjoy the beach as well. This house was in the perfect location. Lots of restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Beds are memory foam and house is open and spacious. The only negative I would say could be fixed was the blinds are old and falling down and AC needs some work. Pool was great, washer/dryers were perfect, neighborhood was very nice and safe. We loved our stay and would go back.

Beach getaway

Great property less than a lock from the beach with many restaurants close by. We had a family of 7 and had plenty of space for everyone. One of our favorite things at the house, besides the great pool was the ping-pong table. We had many great family tournaments. The host were readily available for any question or concerns. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

On the positive side. The house was in a nice neighborhood centrally located to most necessities and walking distance to the beach. The house had some nice updates and is designed nicely with master bedroom on one side of the house and guest beds on the other. It was supplied nicely with lots of games for the kids and all kinds of beach/pool tools (chairs, inflatables, games, plenty of beach towels etc.). The water pressure in the showers was awesome! A little putting green was fun, but was very buggy and had some critter challenges.On the downside: The price was high for what you get. The pool deck was extremely dirty to where you have black dirt on your feet. The pool was full of bugs (yes, it is Florida, I know). They did have a pool cleaner that came, unannounced earlier one morning which was a little awkward as we were in the house with a stranger in the backyard looking into the huge (very nice by the way) windows that line the back of the house. The supplies that were provided (2 rolls of TP per bathroom for 6 people & 1 total roll of paper towels) was insufficient to say the least. Aesthetically, their was paint peeling off the ceiling over the showers, the cabinetry is dated and peeling. And only one TV for the entire house. I know you are on vacation and shouldn't worry about TV's, but it rained half the trip and we had some downtime. All in all in was an OK place to stay with some very nice things and some very disappointing things for the price.

Beautiful Stay on Singer Island

The hosts Clay & Jill were amazing! The replied to a few minor issues we had immediately - and did everything they could to help. The location of the property is fantastic - only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Everything else is within a short drive away. Singer Island is beautiful and we will definitely be back. Wonderful!!

This home was perfect for me and my family and friends! The house is very open a spacious and the owners generously include items such as linens, towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc. which is very much appreciated since we are from out of town. The owners are easy to communicate with and reached out to see if we needed anything and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The neighborhood and surrounding streets are lovely for walking and the beach just a short walk across the street. Thank you Clay and Jill for hosting us… We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect stay

Perfect place to stay on singer island. The location is just a few minute walk from the beach. The house is stocked with everything you might need— lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Perfect Location for Beach Visits and Scuba Diving

The property is on a street filled with beautiful homes, ending in a cul-de-sac; therefore, there is no thru traffic, which is ideal for walking dogs. Our 9-day stay was focused on two things: scuba diving and beach time. The house is within 5 minutes of Riviera Marina, where most of the dive boats are docked in West Palm Beach. About 20 minutes away is Jupiter Dive Center; it has its own docks and dive boats. The diving was fantastic, with strong currents pushing us along at 2-3 knots. The property has excellent backpack-able beach chairs and beach umbrellas--as well as an array of float toys. The beach is an easy 5-minute walk away, so we went several times. The house is well appointed with beach towels and a full set of kitchen wares. There were just two issues we had during the stay: (1) The pool had a nasty bloom of algae; the pool cleaning service struggled to get it under control, and (2) Air Conditioning unit could not cool the house below 78 degrees during the daytime. This is the hottest, most humid time of year in Florida--so the AC is likely not affected so much for the rest of the year. The property owner was very fair in addressing the issues, and issued us a partial refund for the days we could not use the pool. Overall it was the best property we have ever rented on VRBO; we would stay here again.

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great neighborhood close to good restaurants and the beach. The owners are very quick to correct any issues that may arise. No need to haul beach chairs or towels from your home. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation at the beach is there.
