-Keurig Coffee Maker, tea kettle, K-Cups, tea, creamer and sugar provided
-All the gadgets you need to make a home cooked meal!
-Banquette dining table plus an island with 3 bar stools.

BATHROOMS:
-TWO Full bathroom for your convenience (one on each level)
-stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and extra essentials in case you forget something.

-Located in the basement

3-SEASON PORCH:
-Located off the dining room + kitchen
-Sectional, window A/C + heater for those chilly fall nights

PETS:
-Pets are welcome for an $125 fee per reservation.
-do not leave pets unattended in the home unless they are kenneled.
-Please keep pets off the furniture.

-Our long driveway can park 3-4 cars
-plenty of off-street parking

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival, and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do we allow Pets?
- Yes! There is a one-time fee of $125.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. This is against our policy.
