„Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay“

„I had more space than I expected and it was extremely clean. I loved the fact that there is a washing machine in the room and also a drying rack. The air conditioner was also really easy to use.“

The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). Also, convenience store located below the hotel was great for late night snacks and easy uploading of Wow and T-money card.“

„Internet/WiFi are really fast and good, technical standart overall is good. It could have been a little cleaner, the walls are rather thin, air conditioning, fridge and the city itself altogether are pretty noisy. If you are not very sensitive, you'll still be fine. The best thing about the hotel is the position in the city. Lot's of food stands on the street, nice restaurants and pubs/bars all around, no shortage of coffee shops, (almost) 24h corner shops, and alike. Five minutes to the subway ...
