Cette incroyable maison familiale est situĂ©e dans un cadre paisible, exclusif quartier recherchĂ© et un Ă  Sitges, face HĂŽtel MeliĂ  et bus de la ville arrĂȘt autour du coin. À seulement 10 min. Ă  pied aux belles et magnifiques plages de sable fin et du centre-ville, avec ses bons restaurants, des boutiques, des sites historiques et la vie nocturne. Le charmant port de Aiguadolç est seulement aussi 5 min. loin.
TrÚs proche des principales attractions de la région: telles que les visites à Barcelone, dans la région viticole de PenedÚs, Tarragona, ..
Décorée avec goût et neuve, cette villa familiale dispose de 6 grandes chambres (cinq équipées de lits king size) et de 3 salles de bain complÚtes (une avec salle de bains), une grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec un joli coin chambre et salon donnant sur un jardin luxuriant privé, un barbecue et une piscine (10 x 4 mÚtres).

The stay at Villa Ames was exceptional ! The villa is very clean and well appointed and was perfect for our large group ! The views from the pool deck and outdoor table for 24 are stunning at sunset ! A true gem of a property !

Our stay in Sitges was a delight and our villa was a highlight of our say. We made great use of the outdoor area and pool day and evening - a great place to hang out and chat, take in the view, and cool off in the pool. The location is a 15-30 min walk away from markets, stores and restaurants - easily walkable to most everything if you don’t have a car. The host Josep was very responsive when we had questions or needs. We would definitely stay there again!

We were a group of 7 adults and 6 children. There was plenty accommodation but was strange with two double beds in each room. There were single beds but again in rooms with doubles. The villa is lovely but in need of upgrading, the showers were poor and for the number of people one shower short. The outside space is great but the covers on the furniture were very faded and drab. The kitchen is well equipped but there were not enough glasses and mugs. We stayed for two weeks and the weather was very hot, it would have been nice to have the bedding changed and the floors mopped at the end of week one. The location is perfect only a short walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.

Do not book this house the owner will not respond to any of your messages about where the bin bags are, will call you constantly when you’re only having fun (not being too loud) and then invoice you for ‘damages’

The owner switched our stay a few days prior to a home a few doors down. This was equally as beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas. It was very clean inside. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were a group of 14 adults and had a great time at this villa! The outside and pool area in particular were perfect. Did get a warning about the noise one evening even with all the doors shut though. The host was responsive although couldn’t help us with booking taxis into Sitges which we struggled with. Overall would definitely recommend.

To mark my 70th birthday, we rented this beautiful villa 15-22 July. We were a total of 18 adults and children aged 5 to 70. The weather was fine, around 30 degrees every day. The villa was well equipped, large rooms and great location. Air conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs on the 2nd floor. Fan in the bedroom on the main floor. Big terraces outside both the kitchen and bedroom upstairs with great views of the area and towards the sea. Nice large pool and pool area with sunbeds and sofa corner. We swam a lot every day in the pool. In order to get completely clear water, we had the host do an extra cleaning process of the pool. With 18 guests going into the pool, it was important to us that the pump ran continuously. Short way to the beach in Sitges. Our family had a great week together in the villa.

We had an excellent stay. There was exceptional communication from our hosts including fantastic local recommendations. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to be accommodating. The pool and outdoor space are especially notable.

Sitges is such a great city, and this house is situated within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and grocery. Loved the pool, and variety of beds. Would be great to have more toilet paper, paper towels, and plastic bags for all of the various recycling that is required. Beds were comfy. Air conditioners in each bedroom were difficult to turn on and adjust to a comfortable sleep level. Providing instructions for A/C units and dryer would be helpful in English. Would have liked to have facecloths with all of the towels. Needed a taxi to the cruise terminal and Josep was able to arrange two for us in less than 10 minutes after the one we booked online was canceled at the last minute. Overall LOVED our time at your home and look forward to returning sometime in the future.

The property was great, lots of space and the pool was an added bonus. Very near supermarket. Short walk to the centre and the beach. The host was very communicative. It is worth noting the host messaged us a few times about noise levels in the evening - as a group of 14 we were not excessively noisy and respectful of the neighbourhood.

Lovely property in a good location within walking distance of the town and harbour. The property was very clean and Josep the owner extremely attentive. A few appliances probably need replacing and more notice required for the deposit which is not mentioned in the listing. The pool is perfect to cool off in. We’d happily stay again with a few updates required given the price.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the villa was as described in a great location near to the supermarket, beaches, bars & restaurants. A couple of minor issues with the property (leaking air con & faulty oven), however Josep was quick to attend these issues and although they were unable to be fixed due to it being a weekend he was very attentive and always available. Overall very happy!

My friends and I stayed the weekend at this beautiful villa for my birthday. The house was exactly as pictured and can definitely fit 10+ people comfortably. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and there were enough bathrooms for all of us. A few things here and there were a bit outdated/ didn't work (for example, we couldn't figure out the speaker system and one of the showers needed a bit of tinkering), but there was nothing that seriously affected our stay. Joseph was a kind, hospitable host. He was very communicative before, during, and after our stay, and even gave us a tour of the house when we arrived. He allowed us to extend our check-out time, and accommodated our younger age group. We did not have a car, but we were still able to easily journey to the town and beach (about 20-30 minute walk to the center of town and 10-15 minute walk to the beach). The nearby bus stop and taxi service were alternatives we used as well. Overall, this was the perfect house for my friends and I to spend a weekend away!

Villa is in a ideal location in Sitges, within walking distance to supermarket, marina and Sitges town itself. It has a beautiful sea view. Property was just as described, plenty of rooms and space for a party of 14 and sleeps even more! Lovely pool and a great area with sun lounges, bbq and terrace to eat out on. Bedrooms were clean and spacious and with 3 bathrooms for 14 of us to all shower was no problem. We had lots of clean towels to shower and use by poolside. Had great communication with Josep, he answered any questions I had prior to visit and was very helpful in the organisation of our trip. He was more than welcoming to our early check in as we had an early flight into Barcelona and greeted us in person and showed us all around the property, explaining how everything worked. Josep made us all feel very welcoming and was available at all times with any questions we may have had. Highly recommend this property for groups and families alike. We look forward to our next annual trip to Sitges
