„Great location with safe car park. Friendly staff, good beer selection with every type of Timmy Taylors available. We stayed in the annex, which is new so very well decorated, clean and spacious. Full English breakfast was delicious, would definitely recommend.“

„Es ist ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, bei dem das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht besonders gut ist. Schon der Aufstieg mit dem Gepäck über die steilen Treppen ins 2. Stockwerk (kein Lift) ist sehr beschwerlich. Es erwartet einen ein im alten Stil engerichtetes Zimmer und ein Bad mit einer überdimensionierten Eckbadewanne, dafür ein winziges Waschbecken. Die Eckbadewanne ist außerdem etwas ungünstig zu besteigen und auch zum Duschen. Irgendwelche Heizleitungen führen ungedämmt und ...

„Arrived Monday afternoon, member of staff said the chef had done a runner, on the Tuesday another member of staff said the chef had a day off, on the Wednesday another member of staff said the chef had taken an extra day off and offered us tea and coffee and cornflakes foc. The bar closed at 5 so if you wanted an evening meal you had to order early, that is if the chef was in. Sorry i cant give this hotel a rating, and the shower was hopless.“

„This is a small hotel which has been decorated well. the staff are friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good The rooms are clean and lovely. However, there is no lift and there are 3 floors. there isn't a large separate lounge. However ,the views are amazing.“

„Das Hotel ist zwar ganz nett, das Personal auch, aber leider auch total unflexibel...wir haben auf der gesamten Reise nirgendwo so ein schlechtes Frühstück bekommen wie dort...obwohl wir gesagt hatten, dass wir uns low carb ernähren und gerne nur Spiegeleier zum Frühstück hätten, wurde uns auf einem riesigen Teller ein Ei mit zwei dünnen Scheiben Schinken serviert, es wurde nicht gefragt und auch nicht mehr angeboten. Meine Schwester wollte ca. 30 Minuten vor der "Frühstückszeit" Abreisebedingt ...
