There should be a lift from the basement car park to the reception. Difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. Some of the the doors were heavy to open. The car park has a width limit to enter which in my view is not necessary. Car park was tight with space. There should be a hand held shower in the bath. Difficult to reach the rose, to change position and therefore made a mess on the floor. Easy to slip. These are constructive comments and hope it helps to improve facilities.

Dear SandhyaSo sorry you struggled, we are just finishing our replacement of both passenger lifts - the last one to be done was the one that grounds to the basement. Your mention of the width restriction at the entrance is actually to keep incoming and outgoing cars separate and at very busy times, is much needed....I understand your shower preference, I dislike fixed heads myself, we do have a couple of rooms with that shower type, I hope that you might return, please ask for that and tell us why.With kind regards and our best wishesMaggieGuest Services Executive

Very awkward access for parking. Damaged my camper can roof due to poor height signage. Initial height restriction does not match internal structure of car park. And external overflow car park is jot well signed and looks like it is just for commercial vehicles. Reception was helpful but this will not compensate for cost of repair.

The lifts were out of order for first couple of days. When booking no one bothered to tell us this. Car parking is £10 a day and car park is very tight to manoeuvre in. Again when booking these facts were not highly visible. Hotel is looking dated now.

Just when we were to be handed back the first lift, the second one broke down, we had no warning whatsoever and managed the situation as well as possible, escorting guests up and down using our service lift when needed. Room was tired and could have been cleaner. Receptionist, Wilfred, was unhelpful and unaccommodating to requests. Car park extremely tight and very small. Received numerous emails from the hotel - what time are you checking in/ what time are you checking out - totally irrelevant and unimportant for a 4* hotel - as I’ll arrive when I want to and leave when I want to ( before the check out deadline ) . Had to pay for everything - even using the hotel pool.

The hotel was perfectly situated close to the motor way and close to Windsor .We were greeted by two very friendly receptionist that booked us in to our room .The suite was very clean with plenty of space. We found all the staff very professional and friendly thought our stay . Will defiantly recommend this hotel

Had to pay for using leisure facilities and also for parking. Restaurant was not open in the evening. I think there must have been bed bugs in the bed. My husband woke up with bites ☹️
