« I can’t say enough good things about this place! Suzana was the hostess with the mostest; she was so accommodating with our request for a late check out in pouring rain with 2 pups. The location of the apartment building is very central yet quiet. Public Parking is 7 mins walk (apt is in the pedestrian zone), with plenty of dining options nearby as well as grocery stores. « Had a one-week family holiday in one of the cosy and spacious apartments. Excellent, beatiful location by a little river in a small village. Friendly staff, everything went smoothly. Good place to relax and cycle around in forests, plus drive to different interesting places and back. Airport is near but you don't hear engine noises. « In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...

« Only room for one, or two very good friends, but TV sofa, cooker, hob, toaster, good selection of cooking pots and utensils and free WIFI. Shower, toilet and washbasin all work well. Storage cupboard. Didn't need the heating, so cannot comment. Very comfortable. Minor points: I couldn't get the fan in the hood over the hob to work. I just opened a window. One of the mains sockets didn't work, and another was working, but coming away from the wall. Overall very comfortable and convenient....

« Awesome place a block from historic Ljubljana. Comfortable mini apartments with a gated parking lot. We had the basement apartment 3 - maybe the smallest and we thought great place. Can only imagine the other ones. No on-site staff, but don’t let that stop you. Super responsive with messaging. And everything set up with coded key pads. And sent us list of recommended restaurants. Don’t miss the bars and restaurants near John the Baptist church close to Vila Emona. »
