« The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay! »

« Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again. »

« Sent my hubby and my boys on a weekend fishing trip and they stayed at this place. It was perfect! Place was clean, hosts were amazing folks! After a long day fishing, they were able to chill in the pool. Hospitality was tremendous, and the most important part was that the dogs were the best! Would definitely stay again. »

« Great home for a family getaway! Our family of 6 adults and one child enjoyed our weekend here. Every need was taken care of from a well-equipped kitchen, to comfy beds and even a "treasure chest" of little toys and books for our granddaughter to play with. We highly recommend this home! »

The kitchen is very well equipped and we had no problem cooking all of our meals over seven days. The beds were very comfortable and our grandchildren loved the bunk room. It's rare to stay at a spot where there are cooking spices, tupperware containers, and minimal cleanup/checkout instructions, and all of these little things really added up to make for a relaxing and fulfilling vacation. « This home is beautiful and very comfortable. We didn't lack anything while here. The neighborhood is mostly commercial, but we never felt uncomfortable when in the front. The backyard is an oasis, so stunning and peaceful with so many places to sit or lounge. The host was always available for questions and even checked in with us via text to make sure everything was okay. It was a wonderful week that we wont soon forget. »
