Perfect for guests seeking holiday homes and accommodation near Melbourne, it's close to Clunes Market, Lal Lal Falls, Blue Waters Creswick, Lake Wendouree Adventure Playground, and the Amazing Mill Markets Daylesford.
This cpozy 139-square-foot tiny home offers a comfortable countryside escape with split-system air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking essentials, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flush toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower for a relaxing stay.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, excluding the host's private residence.

This tiny house is a recommended accommodation near Melbourne, surrounded by peaceful farmlands, scenic landscapes, and charming country towns. Explore nearby attractions including Lal Lal Falls, Blue Waters Creswick, and the vibrant Clunes Market, held every second Sunday of the month.

By public transport: We recommend that guests travel by private vehicle. However, if you’re coming from the city, please follow these steps:
From Bendigo to Lawrence:
- You can take a train from Bendigo to Melbourne (Southern Cross Station).
- From Southern Cross Station, take a train to Wangaratta. Then take a bus from Wangaratta, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Lawrence.
From Ballarat to Lawrence:
- You can ake a train from Ballarat to Melbourne (Southern Cross Station).
- From Southern Cross Station, take a train to Wangaratta. Then take a bus from Wangaratta, and take a local bus or taxi to Lawrence.
From Melbourne to Lawrence:
- Take a train from Southern Cross Station to Wangaratta. Then take a bus from Wangaratta, and catch a bus or taxi to Lawrence.
Additional Tips: Make sure to check the current train and bus schedules, as they may vary. Remember to always book in advance. Once in Wangaratta, you can check local transport options or taxis to reach Lawrence.

- No BBQ Grill Available
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Please note that some areas are shared
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Breakfast basket is available for an extra cost of $25
- Firewood costs $20 per load and must be pre-paid to the land host prior arrival (unavailable from December 2024 to March 2025)
- Good mobile reception for Optus and Telstra, including other Aussie broadband users
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a fire ban period
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
