Our room looked to have been painted and refurbished quite recently. The mattresses supported us well. All lights and plumbing worked well. The included breakfast was a step up from what we expected: scrambled eggs, bacon, breads and bagels, a flip-over waffle maker (a personal favorite of mine), juices and coffee, and other good stuff. Our room faced the main street but was not overly noisy (we stayed here before and found rooms farther back in the complex were very quite). A restaurant next door provides Mexican and American dishes, and there are other dining options within a block or two. This budget hotel is remarkably good and we'll stay here on our next trip south.
