„So I never got check in details, messaged the host several hours before check in. Didn't hear anything. Showed up after check in time no one on the property. Called the host several times, no answer and voice mail was full. As I was walking the property another family showed up they had checked in the day before. While getting on the phone with vrbo the owner showed up and discovered that he had double booked. I am still waiting on his cancellation of my reservation and the return of my money ...

„We loved our stay at this super cute and spacious studio in Fair Haven. The view of Little Sodus Bay was beautiful, and it was the perfect location for attending a wedding at Colloca Winery—just minutes away! The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We “donated” a few hangers and a gallon pitcher for future guests to enjoy iced tea or maybe some margaritas out on the deck. Would definitely stay again! “

„The location is wonderful - we could walk to basically every place in town, including the beaches! The only thing I would recommend changing is to clarify which floor the unit being rented in the listing. We were on the 2nd floor and while the stairs were fine for me and the teens, my parents (who are in their 80s) had some difficulty with climbing these daily! We all ended up with splinters from the stair railing. “

„Have stayed at other locations of the same host and this one was just as great! Perfect location for walking around to local shops and restaurants. Two bedrooms was enough space for 2 couples. Shampoo/conditioner, plates, silverware, coffee all were provided which is nice while traveling. Shower is AMAZINGGG, huge and great water pressure. Host was quickly responsive and so helpful. 10/10 would stay again!“
