« The perfect weekend get away. The home is beautiful, cozy and clean. The host was super thoughtful and left personal touches related to our stay during the 2024 exlipse, including glases to watch the eclipse with. We spent our weekend hanging out on the dock fishing, watching the array of ducks, herons and swans swim in the inlet and enjoying a lakeside fire in the evening. The neighbors were incredibly friendly as well. Also a big perk, the home is centrally located to numerous great beaches...

« No instruction and no one upon arrival. A nice couple showed up later with all instructions, an email prior arrival would have been appreciated. Drapes in the bed room would be nice, the sun is up early à this period of the year! besides that, all perfect would love to go back for a week next year. »

« We loved everything about this charming home. The view was amazing, the home was immaculate and beautifully appointed and the location, surrounded by nature was tranquil and a great place to walk. The kitchen had everything you need and all kitchen items and appliances were is “like new” condition. The beds were comfortable. Sandy was a gracious host and was available when we had a question. Could not make a higher recommendation! »

« We stayed here for two nights with some family. The place was clean. It was just as advertised in VRBO! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing that could have been a little bit better was communication from the owner about check-in. We didn't get check-in instructions until late the night before we were travelling, but it all worked out. Great time had by all in our group! »

« Our family enjoyed our stay on Port Bay! Very well stocked and clean cottage with everything you could need for your stay. Awesome fishing off of the nice, long dock. Life jackets were even provided for use of pedal boat, kayak and canoe. We even did some swimming! Great view of Port Bay and friendly neighbors. »

« Really great host and pleasant stay. Lovely backyard with deer. The house does not actually have a lake view however it is a short walk or drive to get to. Enjoyed hike at Chimney Bluffs (20 min drive). »
