The Property Manager was very welcoming, informative and helpful! The unit was very clean, safe, quaint with complete amenities. The master bed was comfortable and kids loved the large bath tub with jets. Fantastic location - a variety of food places, a quick walk to the park for the kiddos and a fantastic beach spot. The beach chairs, boogie board and beach towels came in handy!

This is a beautiful condo! We are a family of 4 and we had a lot of fun. There is walkable restaurants, a pool/hot tub, tennis courts, and access to the private beach. It’s close to many amusement parks and things to do. I would say the only two things I wish I had known was that there is no a/c and the amount of stairs to everything is excessive, but I think it’s worth the private beach access. They do provide a lot of fans, but coming from AZ it was an adjustment to sleep without a/c. Miriam was amazing, so sweet and very knowledgeable about the property. It’s clean, calm, peaceful and beautiful! We would definitely rent again.

The house was great and exactly as advertised. It was clean and in good condition. My only compliant is that the owner was unresponsive. I sent a few messages a week before the stay that went entirely ignored by the owner/agent. They did have a friend check in on us during our arrival, and she was very nice/welcoming. That said, if I’m paying 4,000 for 6 nights, they should be able to return an email. And I can see how it could’ve been a problem if there was an issue that developed during the stay. If not for this only compliant, it would’ve been a 5-star review.

Great Stay!

We recently spent 9 days at this wonderful condo in Solana Beach and had an amazing stay. Miriam was a fantastic host—she met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the property, and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with all the essentials for a relaxing beach vacation. We loved the easy access to Solana Beach and the short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. One of our favorite spots was Lofty’s Coffee—perfect for a morning walk and a great cup to start the day. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!!

Solana Beach Week

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Loved layout with bedrooms on lower floor & upper level for family time together. My grandson enjoyed the TV nook while adults were able to have adjoining space to relax together, inside or on the roomy deck. Walkable to coffee shops & restaurants. Secure covered parking was nice bonus! Complex was very well maintained, including pool & hot tub area. Beach was great, but there are lots of stairs to reach it. However, you can access it, without stairs, via a short walk down the street to Fletcher’s Cove. Mariam, who showed us around the property, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us settle in with ease. We would definitely highly recommend this property, and area, to those looking for a safe, beautiful place to unwind. We are a family ranging in age from 8 to late 60’s and found something for everyone!

Fabulous VRBO!

Would 100% stay here again! The complex is lovely, unit is nicely upgraded, beds are ridiculously comfortable, and the neighborhood is full of cute shops and yummy restaurants! Don’t miss the fun park at the end of the street with the gorgeous views of the ocean!

Cozy Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were warmly welcomed by Mariam. The condo is nicely decorated, very well equipped for an extended stay, and has lots of comfortable seating for hanging out. There is a grill, so we could cook dinner inside or out. The location is great. Lots of restaurants and a shopping street for browsing within walking distance. The beach is just down the stairs, and there are benches in the condo complex overlooking the bluff for lovely sunset views.

Great rental - comfy, clean, wonderful location

This rental was perfect and exactly what we needed/hoped for. It is very accurately described and extremely well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The beds/bedding were so of the best we've experienced - comfy mattresses and lots of pillow options! The complex is nice and quiet, pool with hot tub and beach access are just up the stairs. The neighborhood has lots of fun restaurants and shops within walking distance, and all areas around downtown San Diego were very accessible, within easy 20-30 minutes drives. Covered garage parking, or easy street parking. And Mariam, who manages the property, was so helpful!

A wonderful stay in Solana Beach!

We had an excellent stay in Solana Beach. Ann's place is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located in a great neighborhood where you can easily walk to the beach, various shops on Cedros Avenue, lovely cafes and restaurants. Mariam, who welcomed us, gave us a warm welcome and recommended numerous restaurants and places of interest. She was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this place!!

Escape the Heat 2024

We have children and grandchildren who live in San Diego and our visits are always short because of us having to stay in hotels while visiting. We decided to escape the heat in TX and stay near the beach so kids and grandkids could come and stay with us. The complex was beautiful, the pools and hot tubs delightful, and being just steps away from the beach was glorious! The condo was so nicely appointed, stocked, and comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful property

Miriam was wonderful. She gave us so many tips on what to do, and where to go in the area the property is on a bluff so be prepared for lots of steps. The condo had everything we needed and is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable and clean. There is secured underground parking which was very nice. Great location for visiting San Diego, La Jolla, Carlsbad and of course the beach. It is a steep climb down to visit the private beach. Just think of it as your exercise for the day! Highly recommend staying here.

The condo cute and clean with a great layout for a family; the property is a good fit for teens b/c it is enclosed and safe for them to walk around; fantastic location near the very quiet part of Solana beach.

Beach Haven

We had lovely family time visiting and exploring Solana Beach. The complex amenities, with beach access and ocean views were spectacular. The beach felt almost private there were so few people there. We took advantage of the walking distance and the surrounding areas. Fletcher Cove park was very close and has a great playground for younger children. My only critique was the unexpected street noise during sleeping hours. The 101 could be heard from the primary. But this the price you pay for staying on a budget. If we could afford to hear the waves instead we would have. Overall this rental was perfect. No regrets.

The property was everything we expected and more. Mariam was great to work with and very helpful. Plenty of room for families. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Very private and safe. Secluded beach. Well equipped with most items. Will be back next year.
