During check inn. I feel like the warmth of being welcomed wasnât very open. My wife and are very out going people and an inner mix husband and wife, and I felt the dynamic of the staff felt otherwise. I guess thatâs not being warmed and fuzzy, however the cleaning lady on the second floor could offer a lot personality skills to the check in staff. She asked about our stay what brought us to the Hilton had we stayed before were are you from, just very personable to include the hospitality at breakfast so humble.
