« The door lock works reasonably well, but there was not a clear explanation of how to use it. Check-in was therefore painful, standing out in the cold at 11pm, trying to raise the landlord on the phone. A clear written explanation would be useful, vetted for accuracy by someone who does not own the lock. »

« We stayed in Sarnia for 5 days for a hockey tournament and thankful for the additional space versus a hotel. The floor plan suited us well and the amenities and cleanliness of the home were fantastic. Property owners were very responsive and easy to work with. If we end up at the same tournament we will be trying to book this home again! »
