„Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “

The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. „We really enjoyed this property immensely. There was a lot of open space for communal eating and watching TV. The pool was a hit for the kids. We didn’t use the spa, but we were able to get it operational, we just ran out of time to use it by the time we tried to turn it on. The location is great because it was quiet, serene, and near major roads. There were several stores and coffee shops nearby. „Excellent service from Lisa and Megan.The place is clean and very well equipped. My only suggestion is to replace the spices in the kitchen (they are old). And the sheets on the king bed should be replaced (they kept coming un-tucked). Other than that, the place was perfect. “

„Stayed here with my son's families and their girls. There were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. This place was great as everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space and the beach was just a short stroll down the block. Easy to get to with a small beach town vibe. Sunny Days management team was very accommodating and great to deal with.
