« This apartment was great and has everything you need for a 2 week stay. It’s clean and spacious with all facilities including washing machine and dryer. We also went away for a couple of days without having to worry about our belongings as the building is secure. »

« Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

« Property was easy to check in and the front desk gentleman was very kind. The property itself is in need of upgrades. Carpets are worn. Elevator needs a spruce up. The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street. We didn't drive but there appeared to be adequate parking in the underground garage. The property felt safe. The housekeeping needs supervison. Room windows needed attention, tub had hair. « Très bon hôtel, fraîchement rénové. Lit confortable, chambre spacieuse. La piscine pourrait être mieux nettoyé mais à part ça c'était parfait ! Je recommande. »

« It’s very dated and gives domitory style accommodation. Walls are very thin and I could hear everything in the next room and corridor. I could hear a man in an adjuscent room snore the whole night. Staff are not available onsight after-hours. I had to walk a very long way from my room to get hot water/tea and use the microwave which is in the common room, because the taps closest to me were broken. My room was full of ants and the bathroom tiles are brown with stains. Bed not so comfortable but...

« Excellent Apartment/Hotel, staff were great and helpful and the it was well located. Only issue was a couple of times I had trouble entering the hotel after hours as the entrance wouldn’t open, but the staff were very reactive and sort it out for me. I will definitely stay again. Thanks »

« On arrival reception not manned, Finding carpark space was difficult Basement carpark Lifts incorrectly marked Room not clean, crumbs on floor, marks on glass tables Pool was good, location was good. Administration not good, took 1 month to get pre authorised deposit refunded, as property did not clear pending amount. »

« This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality. I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight. Definitely avoid this hotel »
