We had a great stay! The accommodations were exactly as described — maybe even better as the hosts welcomed us with a personal note and cookies. The property was so well stocked with blankets, towels, pillows, etc. Plus lots of personal touches to make the house welcoming and our stay even more pleasant. The hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed. And Todd was promptly responsive from start to finish. The online guide was also very much appreciated and useful. This is a top-notch property and host.

Wonderful property & amazing support

This house and its amenities were amazing. We had a wonderful time staying there enjoying the hot tub and the very nice sun room. We had some slight issues but the amount of communication from the owners was great and it did not hinder our trip at all.We ended up accidentally leaving a cell phone behind when we checked out and the owners did an A job at communicating in an efficient and respectful way, even met us in a timely manner to make sure that we got the cell phone back that day before we left town. 10/10, would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Cute Historical Home with Amenities

We had a nice stay in this cute historical home. The kitchen stove and cabinets could use updating. The drawers were difficult to pull out. But otherwise the house was in great condition, especially given the date it was built. We are not familiar with the South Bend area. Although the house was close to the university and the sports fields we were attending; it was also very close to a not as great part of town. Overall, we would recommend for a young family who isn't looking to be walking around the neighborhood. Grocery was not close either.

Our Favorite Fairy House

This was such a fun and unique stay. We booked with Todd based off of the reviews, and the home and host did not disappoint. The sun room was our favorite part of the home, and the hot tub was a close second. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the host provides firewood which was an amazing bonus. The owner was very responsive and was even understanding when something was accidentally broken. It was our first time in South Bend and we didn't leave the house all weekend! If we are ever back in town, we would definitely stay here again. It is tucked away and private, perfect for a weekend get away. Thanks again Todd and Family for the wonderful stay.

Sun room is THE best!

This was a great house. Location made it easy to get down town and out of town. Privacy fences made it feel like there we no neighbors at all. Charming house with lots of nooks and crannies to explore. We ended up spending most of our time in the sun room. It was beautiful, warm, and just a great plac to relax and hang out any time of day.

Spacious and Nice Hot Tub.

We liked the number of bedrooms, and the beds themselves were comfortable with nice linens (sometimes hard to find). The hot tub was a great spot to relax. We also enjoyed the big table in the dining room, which was great for socializing and board games.

Great Stay

This is a very nice house for the ND football weekend. The listing is as described—a clean and comfortable house. Check-in was very easy—I received an email and text two days prior with the door code and instructions. The beds were comfortable, and the provided towels were plush. The outdoor patio is a nice place to hang out. We didn't use the hot tub, but I looked in it, and it was clean and ready to be used. The firepit was set up with wood and ready to use. We had a few questions during our stay, and my texts to the host were replied to very quickly. The hosts are clearly invested in providing a five-star experience and did so for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great house!

We really enjoyed staying at this house and the property was exactly as described in the listing. The host was very easy to communicate with and always answered questions right away and checked in with us during our stay to ensure there wasn't anything we needed. The location was great and near so many local attractions, as well as the downtown area. We enjoyed the hot tub every nite (and the teenager among us used it even more.) The fire pit was perfect for a night of making s'mores. There are many games (for all ages) and there were 4 bikes were available as well. There were plenty of towels for all of us, with plenty of extras. This house worked out perfect for our group of 8. Would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Bend. Thank you, Todd!

The overall stay was good. i was a little upset because the property looked bigger in the pictures than it actually was. The hot tub had a decent about of dirt and debris in it which was upsetting. some of the dishes in the cabinets looked like they needed washed. the bath tub has no traction on the floor. it’s super slippery and our bride of the bachelorette group fell while in the shower and hit her head and has a few bruises on her now. the outside lights that you manage in sunroom did not work at all.
